Beautiful small family owmed hotel in Tremezzo. We met the whole family! Loved the whole family as well as much as their hotel. The view is amazing. The service and the food is amazing! Wish we stayed in Como longer. We just stayed 2 nights. We will definitely stay here again!.

We did not like the pillows. I think they are uncomfortable. To a Turkish person(whose culture including vast majortiy of breakfast) the breakfast is ok but not enough, but we know that European breakfast style is that. I did not like the omelettes they smelled a bit overcooked. During the checkout, I got super important call from my dad, and reception called me 3 times (starting 11.03 a.m) in 10 minutes for the checkout. It was a bad experience for me because I was trying to handle a stressful call and the phone from reception did not stop. And lastly, in first day I asked whether they have slippers or not, the answer was "because we are 3-stars hotel, we don't have slippers" I can understand.

All stuff was super nice and the service is good. I like most the cleanness because everyday they cleaned our room. The views from balcony were amazing. The location is amazing, you can walk nice restaurants and cafes from hotel. Rooms have smart tv. We got dinner at hotel's restaurant. Classic dinner set menu was 65 euros per person but I cannot say the food was amazing, I can say that the food was good and so enough. Minibar has so many things in it.

Very convenient for the ferry. Certainly for good to go see Villa Charlotte, good selection for breakfast. Convenient parking outside. Lovely place to enjoy dinner overlooking the lake. Couldn’t ask for more

We had Christmas dinner at the restaurant. Both the lamb and the spaghetti were way too salty. We felt quite disappointed about this.

We loved it all but they could hand placed the bed opposite to the lake view so we could wake into the views . I would have remodelled the room :)

Hotel family owned. The hotel is a little gem in the east coast side of Lago di Como. The hotel owners, receptionist, waiters and workers are very nice and professionals. The restaurant is fantastic. The lake views from the rooms and the restaurant are breathtaking. Beds are good. Location is great.
