We knew that the hotel is at the end of a 1.3 km dirt road and that was fine, but the first 200-300m are really tough to drive through. It's something to keep in mind especially if you're going there with your own car.

The staff was super nice, hotel is really nice to stay and the beds are comfy enough. Very clean as well. The thing though we liked the most, was the breakfast and the breakfast staff!

Stunning hotel with beautiful grounds and pool. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Good breakfast and excellent wine selection. The location is exellent, set in the vinyards of Chianti.

I wished I would have planned to stay there longer... much longer.

A hidden gem in secluded, easy to get to area of Gaiole in Chianti. On site facilities, pools, hot tubs etc. are the cherry on that Sundae! The food is really really good! Staff were also great! A great base to explore that area of Chianti.

Mattress was a bit old and needs either a topper or replacing. Door key was difficult to use.

The staff were excellent - a credit to the hotel. Enjoyed our room in the annexe as it had a great outside seating area. Meals were very good and great value. Interesting selection of wine, and helpful recommendations.

The driveway was a little bumpy and loose uphill, few big bumps but that was our only complaint! Haha

Just a heads up: the road to get to the hotel is old and wobbly and pretty steep in some parts. The shower in our room was pretty small and slippery but we managed. Other than that we had a really lovely time at Le Pozze Di Lecchi.

The hotel has a really romantic atmosphere about it. The room was nice and had everything we needed, even a tv on which most new apps were installed (Netflix etc.) and there’s also an elevator in the main building. Breakfast was really good and also the restaurant at night served some really good food and wines. The pool is small but it serves its purpose and there’s enough sunbeds and umbrellas. Everything was clean and the staff was really nice.

The beds and pillows were a bit uncomfortable - time for some upgrades.

Beautiful location in heritage mill with wonderful food and local wines for dinner. The waiter was fantastic giving us an excellent choices in the food and wine from his in depth knowledge and expertise. Breakfast was also great - very generous.

From the pictures the property looked a lot bigger and the room as well. We didn’t liked the fact that we were given the room from the ground floor. There is just one room there and it was given to us so we were deprived of a beautiful view. The person from the reception was very bored when we got at the location.

The property is very beautiful and well taking care off. We like the typical tuscan style and the breakfast and all the staff which was serving the breakfast.

The only slight criticism is their poolside furniture (sun beds, deckchairs etc) need replacement as they are not satisfactory

The only improvements I see are the sun loungers around the pool they need updating urgently as are broken and uncomfortable.

The owner was absolutely lovely, but some of the other receptionist were a little cold. The location can be difficult to get to, but I suppose that also adds to the spirit of the place because you feel like you’re in your own little world !

Breakfast and dinner were both good. The location is great, but it is necessary to have a car to be able to move around. The wellness center was ok, and it came at an additional cost (too expansive).
