The penthouse is not so good for stay because of the wooden pillars.

Not much really, I can hardly find any flaws. If I had to be a little picky, the bed felt a bit too firm, but that is personal preference. The quality of everything was excellent.

The staff, the food and the room we got were wonderful. All the areas were clean, with easy access. The bathroom was outstanding and having the loft we could open the Velux windows to enjoy the air. We had dinner and breakfast during our stay, both of which were beyond perfect. I want to congratulate all the staff for being so friendly and making our stay feel special. We will definitely return one day.

Kind of petty but they could have had felt feet on the chairs in the room so they made less noise when moved.

The location was excellent. The staff was friendly helpful and very funny. The town of Lenno is very quaint and perfect for a relaxing trip on Lake Como.

The attic room was quite warm as the a/ c was not on yet but they brought us a fan and it cooled off at night.

The staff is extremely warm, welcoming and helpful. We especially liked the brother who ran the restaurant with a tremendous sense of humor and grace. Breakfast was tasty and generous.

So glad we booked Hotel Lenno, everything was perfect, including the location which is literally in front of the Lenno water taxi station. Lenno is much quieter and relaxed than Belaggio and Varenna so ideal for people looking to enjoy some relax time. Room was great, breakfast decent, we look forward to staying here again one day.

Location is great to travel around with public transport. We came with the car but didn’t use it the whole time. Ferry is going straight in front of the hotel. Room nice and clean , lake view stunning. My dog was also very welcome and all the staff very helpful and friendly. Definitely a great place to enjoy

The rooms were a little small.

The location is unbeatable and everything is in walking distance. The breakfast is very good with lots of options. The beds are comfortable and the view from the room is amazing. The attached parking garage is also convenient.

The hotel view complete with snow capped mountains, room, facilities and food all amazing ! The staff very friendly and helpful with a smile. The position was excellent on a ferry stop and a beautiful 30 minutes (uphill) walk to the famous Villa del Balbianello. Water taxi ride available too and we enjoyed this back to the hotel. We had a very romantic stay. Thank you.

It's a quiet area at the time we visited, which we enjoyed, although there was not much to do directly around the hotel and for us 4 nights was enough although this may be diffrent in the summer months. Public transport did not run very late, which meant after a certain time you were stuck in the area, unless you get a taxi which is very expensive.

We stayed late March for 4 nights. It's a great hotel & much more modern in reality than shown in the photos. Breakfast is continental and the same each day. The ferry terminal is directly outside, and the bus stops just up the road, which is great as these are the two main transport methods if you do not have a car. The views from the lake view rooms are magnificent! We had dinner one evening at the hotel and the meal was delicious. There are a few restaurants within walking distance which we also enjoyed eating at. The staff are all wonderful and very helpful.

A little bit poor options at the breakfast, terrible cofffe (in Italy!?).

It was okay, but the walls are too "thin" on the 4th floor. The crying child and the vomiting adult was not a good experience on our first night.

The place is as advertised. Rooms are spacious and clean. The location is probably the best part. There is a lovely little pedestrian zone right in front of the hotel. It is convenient starting point for the lake visit, but also not a bad spot for people planning to stay in just one place. Parking is not free and as everywhere else in lake Como, it has to be paid from 9AM till 7PM, if I remember the hours correctly. Swimming pool looks great and I can imagine in the hot summer months must be very refreshing.

We especially loved the room view and the breakfast. Breakfast was great because there’s a wide choice and good quality and service.

The room was really hot and we the radiators were pushing hot air all the time.

The breakfast was decent, nothing special really. The parking garage was ok, a bit pricey though but the location in general was good, the ferry leaving just in front of the hotel. The loft room was spacious and the bathroom was new and clean (and big, too).

I liked everything.

I loved the location. The scene from my room was exceptional. Breakfast was satisfying and dinner was excellent. I will definitely be going back. I also will recommend it to my friends. Anyone going to the area of Lake Como this is the best location to stay and go around everyday.
