Giovanni at the front desk was so professional- we had a small glitch and he handled it gracefully. Jessica at the lounge was so kind and accommodating and server Ansel was a top 10 server. They really went out of thier way to make sure our stay was perfect. I would highly recommend.

We booked the hotel for our wedding night. When we asked if they can arrange a champagne for when we come back to the room, they told us we can request room service. Not a problem of course but expected more from the hotel. Also even though we asked for the room to be cleaned for when we come back from the wedding, they didn’t clean the room and the dirty towels were still on the floor. It was a very special night for us but we didn’t get what we expected from the hotel.

Right off the bat the vibes were completely off; the entire hotel smells like a hospital, the staff, particularly the receptionist, was cold, took forever to do the check-in and was grilling us about our ID cards, and all the guests had nose casts on which seems to suggest this hotel is a plastic surgery recovery centre?! No previous indications on bookings.com or the hotel's website that showed the clinic was connected to the hotel, which would make a lot of sense since the whole place gave a sterile hospital vibe. The only thing I can give them credit for is the cleanliness (although we discovered the bathroom amenities were half-used by the previous guests). Overall, it was super off-putting all around and would not recommend.

The breakfast was poor. I was booked in for two nights with my company and I had booked an extra night personally. However, after the two nights I had to check out, I couldn't stay in the same room so therefore had to change rooms which meant waiting until the afternoon to get my room.

The location was good, breakfast was only okay, there should more options for hot breakfast without the extra costs.

the hotel is located on the road. expensive and not tasty art restaurant. Small portions are beautifully presented, there is nothing to eat. The water pressure in the shower was very weak, it was very bad, not at all comfortable. the deluxe room did not have the usual nice things. very small bathroom, the door opens to close the toilet. breakfast is very modest. The bistro doesn't have much choice at all. It is possible to stay one night before departure. but not more.

The staff! Not polite! We were on a trip, crossing Italy, we changed many hotels, and after a long day we really needed a nice pool and it was important to have a gym in the morning and also a swim before we go. Day of checkin: we come at 7 pm and they tell us probably we cannot use the pool because it’s too late. We were very quick so we got some 15 minutes of pool, but staff was treating us like we are having something for free or forbidden. Than next day, in the morning, we go to the gym and want to swim before we depart..so the lady from the reception literally leaves the reception and runs to the pool explaining us we are not allowed to use the pool in the day of check out! So quickly we have to leave the pool 😅 that was hilarious. Stuff is impolite, not trained. Unfortunately a very good hotel, simple not luxurious but yet very nice and cosy, with very bad staff can ruin the experience.

Looks and feels and smells like a clinic not a hotel. Staff are not welcoming. Got very worried that I forgot to pay city tax when I have forgotten a precious ring in the room and was gonna come back for it!

To get to the hotel was no footpath. To get to the train station I felt a bit uncomfortable walking "under the ground " as we got a bit intimidated by some people consuming drugs. This is the only bit I didn't enjoy it..

The restaurant staff where extremely rude and ignorant the bistro/pub couldn't make a cocktail as they had no barstaff and the rooftop bar was closed throughout my stay the hotel reception team where indifferent some where lovely some do not belong working with people as their customer service skills are shocking 20 euro in a taxi into city train and bus at the back if the hotel once every 20 minutes or so

Check-in, breakfast, opening/closing the shades. Stupid. The bed is too small.

The check-in was dramatic. Very long, boring, stupid... The receptionist forced us to listen to her - she was repeating the boring stories how to find the parking, both of us had to sign some stupid forms... I asked that I need to speak to the manager - but she refused. I travel a lot and I have never had this kind of unpleasant check-in.

Staff not very helpful, for directions, took note for laundry, but this was not collected. It took me two days to get 3 shirts ironed, when I asked for an iron in my room to do it myself they said was not possible. I was charged for each shirts but got these back when the events I needed them for were over. Location is not ideal if you do not have a car, staff is not experienced at front desk & in some cases even rude to customers.

Location of the hotel is very strange as you need to cross busy street to reach it with no pedestrian crossing (at least we could not find one close by). It is further away from old town but you can still reach it by foot (approx. 30-40 mins of walking).

there was no services such as iron and we told clothes need to be brought down and was a paid service very limited choice of food for children, not allowed to use any facilities on check out day, when we arrived the reception guys said we have not paid for breakfast but we had, and then he wanted to charge extra for my daughter to stay. The location of the hotel was very poor, at reception I asked for charger plug and the lady was quite rude to me and said my wife has already asked all the hotel staff which i thought was a rude comment, even though we came for my birthday and anniversary, no special attempt made to make us feel welcome, the breakfast was very limited and always had to ask for extra food to be made, extra charges for additional breakfast items, sorry will not be coming back

Security. A member of staff used a pass key to enter my room after midnight while i was sleeping. I was saved by my dog (thank God!) Later i was told he was ‘looking for 2 pillows’!! No explanation, no redress, inadequate apology. Shocking. Terrifying. Totally unacceptable for a woman travelling alone

the hotel is very far from the main tourist sights and the transportation options are not convenient. we had to drive to the city centre. also I didn’t manage to log in to the Wi-Fi and my data connection worked very poorly in the hotel.
