Mimo at the front desk was amazing with the check-in procedure. They have a free buggy survive to get down to the town square and back up. The pool was lovely warm and the views from tbe sun deck were amazing.

No Transfer from town to hotel in siesta time. Have to pay for yourselves when departing the hotel by golf cart as you are no longer considered a guest 😳😳😳 Can’t take vehicle to hotel so have to pay parking

I definitely want to come back to this hotel! However, my husband doesn't agree because he needs an air conditioner in the room. Please repair or update it!

Everything other than the broken air conditioner is fantastic! Because of the beautiful location, I could have everything that I expected, beautiful oceN views, good beach access, nice restaurants! My child loved the shuttle.

We were told we didn't need a reservation at the beach, we thought it was included but we got there and found out we still had to pay but got a discount

Pool was amazing, location was perfect. It only took a call to get the cart, or if thw cart wasn't running the walk was not bad. We loved the view and the area.

Very friendly people. If something was wrong or needed help, they immediately tried to fix it. The view is breath taking! Breakfast was great and you can choose a variety of food.

Staff were very friendly and helpful Pool and pool area lovely, although having music would have been nice as a bit quiet. Views from breakfast terrace were exceptional. Shuttle from town to hotel is a great idea. Drivers were always friendly and willing to help.

The hotel facilities are old and not everything is working properly or holding up properly, during the summer months it is a bit pricy for the aformentioned condition of the facilities, the breakfast wasn't good

The room was very dated, looks like it hadn’t seen a lick of paint in decades, the bed was a sofa bed-ish bed, very uncomfortable, my back was sore every morning. I am a tall man and my legs hung off the bed more than usual. The shower didn’t drain well and had to put a towel to stop room from flooding, tiles were also dangerously slippery when wet, my partner slipped a few times. Staff seemed unhelpful at the best of times and when we checked out early to move to a new hotel I sensed a lot of attitude. Booked through booking.com for two people, on the quoted price for 2 people, hotel charged me an extra €42 for my girlfriends stay, advising only one person had been booked, I have never had this happen to me ever before.

Breakfast was included and was served overlooking the bay.

Beautiful hotel located in Ischia. It suprised us that Sant Angelo can be easily reached by bus (from the port), saving us a lot of money as leaving. However the hotel’s airport shuttle service was much needed on arrival and worked excellently. The breakfast included all the essentials, the pool area was neat and tidy. The pool was a medium size pool with salty water. The hotel was a short distance uphill from Sant Angelo port, and offered electric car shuttles to the port, beach and bus stop. These worked really well. Restaurants in Sant Angelo are higher priced than on mainland Italy, but we found an amazing pizzeria Da Pasquale. If ever visiting the village, don’t miss out on their pizza and service!

Fantastic hotel with amazing views for breakfast. Yes, it is a 10 minute walk from the beach, some of which is uphill, but as 30 year olds we didn't have any issues at all and never got the shuttle, which was also available at key times. The rooms are a good size, slightly dated decor but this didn't bother us at all - they were cleaned daily and had everything we needed. The thermal pool was also lovely for a dip and unique experience.

Great location away from Ischia town. Fantastic simple breakfast.Beautiful scenery. Lovely restaurants. Not 5 star and maybe needs a smarten up but beautiful gardens and terrace. Who needs 5 star when you have a beautiful family run hotel like this.
