The windows did not have a net against mosquitoes and we had some during the first night, very difficult to sleep. We bought a device against mosquitoes the next day, there was not in the room.

Easily reached by car with free parking and anything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean and well equiped, the staff helpfull and friendly. Rome airport is only 30 minutes away by car, and its' proximity to Rome ring road e80/a90 makes it an ideal stop on the way east or north

The facilities in the gym were very basic and minimal for a four star hotel. It is a shame the pool isn’t heated.

The room spacious, I’m disabled so access adaptions really worked for me, though need a non-slip shower and food was good quality & yummy

The restaurant was very busy at night

In my case the breakfast was not included, I paid 15 euros extra for the breakfast but was ok, good variety of food to choose. The room is confortable, quiet, nice and very clean. The location is quiet and nice to rest after and exiting day. About 25 minutes by car from the town of the city and about 20 - 30 minutes to the Fiumicino airport.

Staff`s attitude toward the customer, like mentioned in the comments on the booking.com. Not supportive, reluctant to listen and not helpful.

Rooms were very clean. Location was not that good and very difficult to get commute by train as the train station does not have a ticket vending machine.

Staff was kind and professional and the restaurant is superb. The hotel in nothing special but the location in Rome-east is easy to reach, very close to GRA highway. Good parking (free and paid). Standard room.

The location is awful - out in the sticks on the edge of a failed industrial estate. It's only ten minutes to the terminus of the metro line, but you have to have a car. I'd forgotten how stressful it is to drive in big cities in Italy. For another time, I'd book further ahead and try to get a flat within walking distance of the metro. Ubers work well in central Rome. Also, beware of the no-drive zones - I'm worried we may end up with a fine at some point for unintentionally trespassing into a zone we weren't supposed to be driving in.

Budget hotel - much cheaper than central hotels. The staff were exceptionally helpful and polite. I was present while a customer complained about not being able to have the curtains shut and the windows open at the same time, which is true if you open the windows fully, but I think he expected too much - and the lady at the desk was very patient for a very long time! The breakfast for kids is free, which works well if you're feeding a family, but 15 euros for an adult is the way they cover this.

We booked a room for four, but one child's place was not prepared. Since the room service had probably already left, getting the necessary bedclothes was quite a challenge. We understand that this is not the hotel's problem, but the access road would need new asphalt and the roadsides to be cleared of trash. After all, this is the first impression customers have of the hotel...

As we traveled by car, the location "not in the center of Rome" was not a problem. Free parking and enough places, also underground (entrance requires good driving skills if you happen to have a bigger car :). Great pool (that could have been open a few hours longer than 8pm in midsummer)! Kids playroom with air hockey.
