The room was on the 4th floor, It was relatively clean besides some dust on the windows. We were there at the end of April and because some days was a little bit cold, the room was very cold, but we were told that the city has shut off the heating so we couldn't heat our room. Our next-door neighbors were sometimes very loud during the night and the wife couldn't fall asleep. The restaurant was unavailable while we were staying so we didn't get the breakfast option.

The room was spacious and the bathroom was really clean. The staff mad our bed and changed towels daily. The location is just a 10min walk from the main square and most of the locations for sightseeing. Our room came with a balcony witch was great for a smoking.

The facility is old and we can hear the sound and noise of neighbours.

The location is convenient, in between of the train station and the city centre. Staffs are helpful and welcoming. They would clean the room daily.

The lift is extremely small and it would’ve been nice to be pre warned about paying city tax as it was not an expense we planned for.

Fantastic large room with excellent facilities, clean and comfortable. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk to the central train station and very close to the heart of Bologna, lots of lovely cafes nearby. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. It was also lovely to have doors open onto a balcony!

Some talk about sustainability but this was contradicted by full sets of towels being changed every day, which felt unnecessary. I would like the option to choose when I want a new towel.

Very practical location near the station, no restaurant but plenty of nice cafes around for breakfast. Simple, clean and really helpful and friendly staff. Have stayed here many times travelling alone for work and have always felt well looked after.

i stayed in this hotel about 10 years ago and it's starting to look like it needs a makeover. the lobby area is worn and outdated.

Somebody in an adjacent room decided to move furniture around at night. It was not the hotels fault but still quite noticeable through the walls. The Hotel replaced the shower cubicle walls with a curtain that wasn’t in pristine condition anymore - but the impeccable water pressure made up for it.

Very friendly personnel at the check-in. Quiet side-street despite being in a very central neighborhood. Some would say the furniture is a bit out-dated but I really liked the vibe as it reminded me of an Italian 70‘s movie. The beds were comfy and very clean. It’s really just a 10 minute walk from the station and the hustle in Bologna.

About the shower box, because there was a courtain to close it and it was very small.

The room is very good and the bed is excellent. The water temperature in the shower was very good and the towels were big and soft. All the receptionists were very polite and helpfull.
