Nothing everything was perfect.

Thé location was PERFECT! It’s in the center you don’t have to worry about taking a taxi and when you need a taxi the taxi’s stop is literally around the corner! The room service and cleanliness was beyond amazing, the staff were so friendly and helpful, we got a nice view in the Room. They even offer us to keep the luggage after our check out till our departure. I would like to thank Indira , Nunzia , Emanuel and Aniello for making our trip perfect and confortable. A place where I Will revisit again and book it again.

Highest recommendation! Amazing hospitality and care, attention to detail and high quality of services. The management took care of all our needs during the stay, the ferry tickect, laguagge and transpotation, and arranged for a safe departure in spite of the storm. Ana, Nunzia and Emanuel were perfect hosts! The hotel itself is brand new, at the best possible location for enjoying everything Capri has to offer - in the city center, at the main square, steps away from the best reataurants, ice cream parlours, shops, bars ... We got local insights and support for all reservations and perfect guidance. Many thanks the Pallazo M team! See u soon again.

The views,the hospitality, the location, the staff were amazingly attentive . This is a GEM of a hotel and I will tell all friends and family...PERFECT!! They are located in the heart of Capri ...Next door to Prada😍. All the staff were absolutely lovely and helpful. The team arrange dinner and lunch bookings, transfers...all I needed to do was chill 😎 It is THE HOTEL to stay at! Thank you thank you thank you!

The rooms are sound proof from the street and city center, however, we did struggle with noisy neighbors. So I don’t believe the room boarder walls are sound proofed. Minor inconvenience and absolutely not the hotels fault. We had remarkably noisy neighbors. However they did handle the matter in a professional way.

The location was top of the line. You walk out the front doors and shops are right in front of you. In the heart of everything. The staff and quality is so sophisticated. You feel as though you are staying at a 5 star hotel.

The staff was somewhat aloof. Always responsive for sure and very friendly in face to face interactions. Check in process seemed slightly rushed. I feel like there were amenities that we had no clue even existed. We were there for our honeymoon which we had told them but it was never acknowledged. They then asked us to come back for our anniversary, letting us know they were well aware we were celebrating a special occasion but they made no effort during our stay. Not a huge deal, just felt weird to say as we were checking out.

The location and view were fantastic. The room was very modern and extremely comfortable. The hotel is self is beautiful, staff is very friendly.
