The comforters. I appreciate it being natural down feathers but some feathers were poking out and it impacted the comfort by just a little bit.

Location, location, location. For the price, the location is awesome. The staff are super friendly and instructions were clear. Will come again.

Bathroom tiny but everything was in it, clean and all necessary items at disposition. The lift is at the first floor, might be difficult if you have multiple, or heavy luggage or cannot carry it.

The rooms are very small, but that wasn't the issue, the small bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Despite liking the chattering outside, it became too much when I could hear every movement of my neighbors upstair and next door.

The location of this hotel was the best part about it, right in the middle of centrum, with access to everything in the city, a nearby metro station, the Spanish Steps and Via del Corso - so of course there was a lot of noise outside, but as someone who enjoys chattering, it didn't bother me at all. The staff was also the kindest people, they were welcoming and helped us with everything we asked about, offered us coffee, and catered all our needs.

The street was a little noisy during the night with cleaning vehicles, etc., but it was worth it to be a few minutes from the Spanish Steps.

The room was perfect for four, with some privacy afforded by the mezzanine.

The wifi kinda sucked and the AC was not the best. Very small shower too.

The location is what makes this hotel worth it. The staff was okay, the room was excellent, and the beds were great.

The actittude of the person in charge of reception is not what would be expected in a hotel of a category like Panda. The price is a bit expensive. There is no breakfast service in the hotel.

As others stated, the building set up is unusual and takes a moment to figure out how to get to the reception area. After one day you got it. Note you must go up a flight of stairs to get to lift.

Location was ideal for our trip and there is a taxi stand one block away. A/c was appreciated for hot days. Staff was wonderful in their assistance w directions, reservations, etc. Was newt to open window and gaze at the alley with its dining below.

The location is perfect, especially for a single traveller. The hotel is quiet, the room is very comfortable and well-equipped. The bathroom is convenient and clean. The staff is perfect, I had a small problem and they solved it immediately.

We left a piece of bread in the room, and when we come back in the night, there are ants every where.....

Location is great, a very safe area. lots of restaurants nearby and a supermarket opens till 23:00. The staff made my bed and even fold my cloth during room service, which is sweet. But please be aware if you don't want new towels, you need to put on the "do not disturb", otherwise you will get new towels which cost 5 euros. wifi is good and stable.

The lift was complicated…you had to go one set of stairs up to take the lift to the 2nd floor and descend half set of stairs to enter reception I had a broken leg recovering so I would have preferred a straightforward lift

- Room was bit basic and with not much natural light (mine window was oriented towards buildings' backyard). - Upgrading toiletries would be nice. - From time to time can be bit loud, but I didn't see & hear other guests... when you are in Rome you want to be outside. All in all, no big complaints. It met my expectations. You won't get a beautiful room (if that is important for you), but a decent one and you are paying little higher as you are sleeping in the city centre.

- Location is superb. The street is nice, full of restaurants but not loud, couple minutes away from Spanish steps. - I didn't have issues finding it - Staff was very kind. - Room felt clean. Bed is good with size. Room itself and bathroom aren't big but acceptable. - Breakfast is not available (as stated) but free coffee is a nice touch.

The elevator was not useful at all. We had a hard time on the stairs with the baby carriage. Because it didn't fit in the elevator, we had to use the stairs.

Smell of stale cigarettes, no road noise as I saw prior complaints about but a clanging through the night, perhaps the iron bar door at ground level.

The location was great, very accessible to metro and walking distance to basically everything within the walls.
