It is situated near a busy street. I recommend earplugs for the good night sleep (I used one).

Perfect place if you have an early flight. I had no contact with staff but the self check-in was easy. Small common dining area available if you want to consume breakfast or eg. eat the ordered pizza.

This a great place to stay especially if you have an early morning flight as its just a 5 minute walk to the airport. Great communication provided us with all the information we needed for easy self check in. Room was comfortable, clean and spacious with a nice balcony. The self-service breakfast was great, allowing us to have a quick bite before our early flight. Nearby bus stop also provides quick and easy access to Pisa central station and city centre.

Just minor points: - Whilst the luggage could be left after check out in the shared breakfast room, it could not be separately stored/locked, so it can be slightly risky if you leave valuables (though the owner is around most of the day, especially in the morning when she cleans the rooms). But this is still a very useful additional service anyway. - Some of the bedrooms face the road, which can be slighly noisy in the morning, but the windows are decently isolated. - As Italians who live in the UK where bathrooms have no bidet, we were a bit sad when we found out that there wasn't one in our bedroom's ensuite (but not a problem in our case since we only stayed one night). Anyway, these are very minor issues, and the place is good value for money.

Great position, just 6 minutes walking distance from the airport (perfect for our late arrival). Easy self-check in (perfect for our late arrival). Smooth and clear communication. Clean bedroom with ensuite toilet. Free snacks made available for free in the shared room, plus coffee machine to be used at a very small cost. Professional but also easy-going owner, welcoming and helpful. Possibility to leave luggage during the day after check-out.

Great location for catching early morning flight from Pisa airport (5min walk away). Facility available to do check in on your own (24hr)which was very easy. Room was basic but clean and very comfortable. Not much to do in surrounding area but perfect for airport 👌

We were travelling back to Pisa for a 1 night stay over before getting flight to UK. The location was perfect just a few minutes from the airport. The B&B was exceptional value and suited us perfectly. Easy to travel around Pisa as well for a quick look round

Breakfast was a bit disappointing. The pastries were longlife individually wrapped items and there wasn't anything else on offer apart from tea/coffee and little packs of juice. It was quite strange to stay in a B&B without seeing anyone.

Excellent location for airport and walking distance from the station. Cleanliness was very good.
