We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomTraffic noise from road however as its on the main coastal road but when shutters down and double glazed doors closed you can't hear it. As it was April we were told air-conditioning was on winter setting so it didn't work. Room was 27 degrees and too hot to sleep comfortably. Keeping window open at night not an option for long due to traffic noise.
Excellent hotel. On seafront with beautiful rooftop bar and restaurant. The views were spectacular. We had a sea view room with big balcony. Staff very helpful. Shuttle bus for airport could be booked at a charge. Breakfast had good choice. Shower and bathroom was superb power shower. Great to have hairdryer in room too. Bed very comfy and big

United KingdomRoom was a little small, but OK. Shower room a little too small to be comfortable. Air conditioning was set to work when above 26.5 Celcius, but I was too hot to sleep comfortably for one night even though below this.
Amazing views. Friendly and attentive team. Exceptional restaurant for evening meals on the rooftop. Fantastic value for money. Just over the road is a delightful little harbour with nice places to eat and drink.

HungaryThe bathroom was a bit smelly. The heating was turned up to a minimum of 25 degrees and during the night it was way too hot to sleep, when we opened the balcony door it was very noisy.

United StatesThe room itself smelled very strongly when I first walked in. I appreciate the sanitization and the effort to provide a clean room but the room itself was very very strong in it's alochol smell. At first it was almsot overwhelmingly so.
The room was great. The view was amazing, the balcony was beautiful. The breakfast was great, good variety of food. The staff was very helpful and incredibly sweet. Loved my stay! Highly recommend!

United StatesI was a business traveler and reserved a double bed, and it was very hard, so I never had a great night's sleep. Also, there was a 3rd single bed which could have been a small couch to sit on.
The hotel staff were excellent and always ready to help. Roof top restaurant and bar had good food and drink with Sea and Mt. Etna views, who could ask for more. Private underground parking a must in this city. Room was very large and spacious.

Germany- The room interior was a bit worked up. Broken rag for the towels, loose toilet sit, scratches and marks on the floor and furniture! - The selection of meal for diner, was a little bit limited, esp. when you want to eat there several evenings, But the food was well cooked, tasted good, and was presented really nice.

The staff were really helpful and you couldn't ask for more especially Asia the receptionist. I will definitely come back again.

Nice and very friendly staff. But the surroundings of the hotel are very poor. No nice braces around. Those that were nearby were poor and with very hard access to the sea. Nice breakfast with a nice view. But that’s all as for the advantages of the hotel.

GermanyIt’s a little ways from the old town, not terrible, but definitely not walking distance unless you’re up for a long walk.
Easily one of the nicest conventional hotels in catania. Room was very nice, clean, comfy, and breakfast was good. The receptionist was very nice and happily gave food recommendations and called a taxi for us.

MaltaAC units below my window were noisy, the bathroom fan didn't want to turn off. I've called the maintenance gentleman, but he said it will automatically turn off - which it didn't.
Your car is safe in the garage, behind two lock-up doors. Worth it if you're just passing through with a lot of stuff in your car and need a central place to stay for the night.
