The street is very noisy.

Location was great as well as the staff. Very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast provides a good variety for its price.

We could hear the noise from outside through the closed windows. If you are a foreigner like us and you don’t know Ventimiglia the location of the hotel is a bit far from the city center and at night seemed a bit unsafe.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was big enough for a one night stay. The bed was comfortable. Good value for the money.

The male receptionist wasn't very friendly when I came earlier that the (very late) check-in time which is at 15.00. In other hotels they always check if the room might already be ready but he didn't bother. Just looked at me if I was stupid to enter so early. Luckily I could leave my back bag there and then returned and checked in later.

It's a nice hotel but quite far from the railway station. Ventimiglia is a great city, especially the old town "Ventimiglia Alta" and the view point of Belvedere San Michele.

Breakfast without variety of fresh fruits…I would have preferred to have some mixed fresh fruit. The towels were changed every 3 days! I would have preferred at least every 2 days!

Location was fabulous, near the beautiful beach, restaurants and not far from the station with buses outside the hotel. Perfect! Breakfast was good staff friendly and approachable.

Despite advertising there was no parking on site, basic and outdated facilities, poor towards 0 selection of breakfast, extremely noisy air conditioning, way overpriced, overall not a good experience.

This hotel is old and run down. The room had strange old furniture. The bathroom was small and not the most comfortable. Corridors and common rooms were narrow and full of old furniture. Parking was expensive and didn't feel safe. It was in the open courtyard.

The hotel was in a quiet area within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. McDonalds is across the street.

We spent two night at the hôtel but the first night wasn't good as the room was so so cold. We were left with out heater but over all the services was good i can proscribe it for à friend.

Noise from the street was terrible. It was impossible to regulate room temperature so it was too cold and we couldn't find any extra bedding

The WiFi didn’t work. Don’t bother with hotel breakfast! It’s very basic and not worth €6, go to McDonalds which is directly opposite the hotel.

The lady receptionist was so helpful and spoke English (my Italian is limited). The bed was so comfy.

The fact that you had to be rung into the building in the middle of the day. That was a huge alarm and no doubt a security issue. No wifi in the rooms. Wifi was difficult if you had an apple produce. My bathroom had mold in the shower. The facilities need to be updated in a whole. The breakfast was lacking and very minimal for 8 Euros.

Nice beachside location. Couldn't check in early, strictly 3pm on the dot! Bed frame at the foot was broken and hanging on for dear life. Bathroom was so small, toilet squeezed right next to even smaller shower stall. Not comfortable at all. Toilet and bathroom was clean but ventilation poor. Creaky wooden cupboard. Noise next door very loud including conversations and toilet flushing. Poor sound proofing. Old fashion door key to access room, but odd locking mechanism and have to turn key multiple times before door opens. Heater worked nicely. Lots of bins inside the room! They let us stash our luggage before and after check out but no real security or proper storage room. Also the attendants not always at the reception desk so you need a code to enter the hotel at certain hours.

NOTHING! like it was described on Booking.com When we arrived, the reception was closed. We were met by a cleaner, who rudely told us to come at 3 pm. We asked if we could leave our bags and were met by an abrupt no and the door being closed in our face. The air-conditioning did not work. First,we were told by reception that she would contact the director. Then we were told it had been switched to heat for the upcoming winter[ the controls are in the room], and then we were told it didn't work and were given a fan Although we don't use the mini bar, there was nothing in the little fridge as described on Booking.com The wifi was virtually non-existent it dropped out all the time and was constantly under 10mbps. We were told by the lady at reception that it was working fine and it must have been our devices.When you are trying to contact employees of your company and a daughter that is planning a wedding this is not acceptable. We had to climb under a table on hands and knees to plug the charger for our devices. Yes, there were sockets near the bed, but they were behind the beside table and had lamps plugged into them. The shower door had been broken sometime prior to our arrival and replaced with a curtain. The curtain was almost brown across the bottom, not white, like the rest on the curtain, where it hit the floor. It was also so long that .it covered the drain. I know some of these things may be trivial, but I expect what is in the brochure and what I pay for.Booking.com needs to inspect the properties they have listed to make sure they are . I would like someone from Booking. Com to contact me regarding this matter
