Not the hotels fault but bus services into Florence were awful, nothing from 8am until 1pm. The hotel put a shuttle on for you but be prepared to book this in advance.

Customer service was amazing! This was a great location to escape from the hustling cities and stay. Great for day trips to surrounding cities like Florence, Bologna, Pisa, etc. Little town within walking distance for a great meal! Everything was so good. & the views!!!!!!

Dinner is not what I expect to get when I visit Tuscany. Too much gourmet style when I prefer to eat local food cooked in an easier way. In my opinion at the end of the day is a bit expensive for a weekend only (considering gasoline, dinner, happy hour)

Lovely accommodation in the middle of a olive plantation. The view from the room was great and we had a lovely time there. Check-in process was simple and breakfast had a good selection.

Highly recommended, exclusive place. Great villa to feel the true Tuscany experience. You can have wine tasting and fine dining experience. The rooms are really comfortable and very clean. Enjoyed the amazing view, surroundings, swimming pool and the silence.

The mattresses were very thin and you could feel springs when you lie down, not very comfortable. Also the booking and website said bikes would be available but there were no bikes/e-bikes/Vespa scooters or anything like that available at all.

This was a fantastic Villa. Everyone on staff were very friendly and helpful. the grounds are beautiful and the location to town and Florence was very close. Our room was excellent with a very large bathroom. I cannot say enough great things about this stay. The Diadema wine bar & restaurant was also excellent. We ate there for every meal for 3 days. The staff were so kind and friendly as well. Food was excellent. The best food we had when traveling through Italy. I definitely would recommend this location and we will probably stay there again when we visit Italy.

I asked a few questions via email in advance and didn't receive responses from the staff which was a bit frustrating, but once on the property they were great!

The property is absolutely beautiful - a very picturesque Tuscany experience. The pool and rooms were great and the restaurant was delicious. Great breakfast included and they also offer wine tastings which was lovely.

Our check-in and checkout experiences were not what we expected for a property of this caliber. We were not made to feel welcome upon arrival. Claudia was condescending and we were not provided with a welcome package. At checkout she neglected to ask for the key. We discovered it when we were about 20 minutes away from the property and headed back to return it. The rest of the team were exceptional.

The property is stunning, from the grounds to the restaurant to the well appointed rooms. The views of the rolling hills are picturesque. It’s hard to believe you’re less than 30 minutes from Florence.

Air conditioning would get cold, but would be turned off every day during room service and it took a while to cook it down at night when we came back to sleep. Maybe if we said something that may have kept it on.

Great breakfast that I looked forward to every morning. Room was large. Bathroom was nice. Cleaned daily. Staff were friendly. Plenty of parking space. Great location in small city with good local and less touristy food.

Breakfast included is a la carte, but some options are subject to extra tax ( like omelette). Although not a high price, but for the price of the room it’s expected that breakfast will be fully included.

There was nothing I didn't like. I liked how they tried to preserve swallow nests around the hotel. They give information on why they are doing that, even if the swallows are causing a bit of noise and mess. This really gave you a feeling they care about all guests.

We were there on our honeymoon and everything was perfect for the occasion. We had booked the suite and enjoyed the space and luxurious atmosphere in the hotel. The chef and staff are excellent. I would return for everything, the pool, the hospitality, and for sure the food. You can also visit the cellar or stroll in the little gardens the chef uses to grow tomatoes or the field with olive trees. They organised an apero with live music with local musicians as well. Good location to visit main cities of interest in Tuscany.

This place was stunning . we had been sight seeing in Pisa and Florence then chose this place to chill . it was perfect . excellent service from all the staff from start to finish . we had the villa with pool and the family suite both accommodations were beautiful ate at the restaurant the food was high quality . will definitely be back . would recommend to family and friends .
