The staff at the hotel were not very friendly apart from the woman who checked us in. The rest of them especially the man was very rude I think the staff ruined the hotel experience

Deposit payment - expect delays! Close to the train line, but just a little out of the city (not a bad thing all of the time, but worthy of a mention). Update: 18 days after our checkout, we are still waiting for the return of our deposit. In that time, I have contacted them a few times and have been asked to be patient, and they apologise for the delay. Completely unacceptable. We were told it would be returned within 10 days (even 10 days is too long for a deposit return). Update: 22 days after check out, and we still haven't received our deposit.

Clean, spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed! Lovely balcony overlooking the pool area, and sheltered enough from the neighbours. Supermarket within walking distance which was handy for arrival day.

There was a small crack in the roof above the balcony and the balcony was flooded by rain each time it rained.

The room was very spacious and very comfortable. It had 2 big closets for clothes. There was a kitchenette in the room with full equipment, i.a.: cooking hob, fridge, dishwasher, sink, dishes and cutlery, nespresso coffe machine, drip coffee machine, electric kettle. The balcony windows were equipped with electric rolley blinds. The room had very good air conditioning. There were also: tv and a radio device in the room. The reception desk is open 24/7 and the staff was very helpful including granting us a map of the neighbourhood with shops, bus stops, train connections etc. Generally it is a real hotel which offers additionally a kitchenette and balcony in each room. I can fully reccomend it to everyone who wants a comfortable, but standard stay with an attitude to sightsee the city.

The property took a security deposit of EUR 50/- on checking in and it has been over 8 days since check out and the hold is not released. This is not professional customer services as the money is charged/ placed on hold immediately as deposit but it takes over 10 days for the Hotel to inform the bank to release the hold. On checking with the property they advised that the process and security deposits amounts placed on hold is released by the hotel only after 10 days of checkout.

The property is well maintained and just outside Roma Balduiana Train station. Very convenient location as it is only two stops away on the train to Vatican City and all other sight seeing places in Rome.

City center quite far.

Room was spacious and was great for a family. The train station was right next door but it was very quiet. Perfect if you want a quieter place.

The room wasn't particularly clean. It was tidy but dusty. And the location wasn't as convenient as we'd thought. Pretty much everywhere needs a cab.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was well equipped, breakfast was a good selection (although a little pricey - €16 a head for a simple buffet)

I can't fault anything.

The location was about 25mins bus journey to the city. However the size of the one bed apartment was worth it. The staff provided us with guidance to get around the city. There is a super Italian restaurant right by the entrance to the apartments, the food & staff was amazing.

The large bed wasn't very comfortable (it's the style of 2 beds pushed together). The laundry costs to wash and dry clothes. Pool towels are not provided and it costs to hire them.

The pool was lovely, lots of fun for the kids, lovely lounges and kabanas to rest on. The breakfast was full of a great selection of foods - both local and international The location is excellent because there is a train station almost immediately next door to get to the city. There are also lots of shops and restaurants nearby you can walk to. The room was well appointed and had very good air conditioning. The kitchen gave us the option to eat at home for some meals.

Nothing much. Rome is a beautiful city. Admittedly it was extremely hot 🔥in .August which made sightseeing hard. But the family had a fabulous break🙂

I liked everything but we felt we been told off when we check in and not welcome. The lady with glasses at the reception it was very strict. The rest of the staff were very nice.

The pool was a great asset to have as it was 38 degrees. The propriety had a kitchen for self catering. The location was good, next to a train station, in 20 min we were in centre. Few restaurants around but you need to google and find them. A supermarket 10 min a way.

The reception staff on check in was not nice, wasn't polite and was very abrupt. The lifeguard at the pool on our last day was another level of rude and aggressive, so much so that another family that witnessed how aggressive he was towards myself and my partner came to me after to say that he was equally as bad to them earlier that day.. All other staff that we dealt with were very polite and pleasant, these two individuals were what put a cloud over our stay

The bathroom had hairs on every surface.. it was rather off putring.. there was no oven in the «fullt equiped kitchen» so we bought a frozen pizza which was a let down when we got to the kitchen. While showering 3 of 4 of us ended up with water running under the tub and over the floor and even into another room… once covering 2 luggage’s … it was a bit frustrating. Oh and the Pool was very shallow all over. We had an ok time here but we wouldn’t come back there was to many little things that need to work that didn’t

The pool was lovely on very warm days, the rooms were big and comfortable. the lady when we checked in was lovely and helpful.
