Receptionist on arrival unfortunately could learn much from her fellow team members personal skills Her attitude was well above her position and although I could name her it was evident her colleagues were equally aware of her shortcomings.

Beautiful new Hotel you could not help but be impressed throughout. Lovely large room with nice views and windows that opened Great location for us but outside the town so take a Taxi as parking is a nightmare Ample Free and also Enclosed safe parking if required Wonderful friendly and helpfull staff Bar one Great restaurant

Not a walking distance to food establishments. Although the hotel has an adjacent restaurant, it is expensive, but food is not that great.

The fire alarm went off for no reason and it took some time for staff to figure out how to put it off. I guess they are still figuring out some stuff since it is a new hotel, but other than that the stay was great.

New hotel. Clean. Good value. Good location for traveling with a car. Friendly staff.

Location was a bit far from downtown but Taxis were readily available.

Breakfast was very good but not exceptional. I would consider having more fresh fruits and melons or maybe eggs to order. However I am gluten free so I was very pleased to see some GF options.

My air conditioning didn’t work and the room was hot. I communicated this the first morning to the front desk. Nothing was done to address the problem and no one followed up.

I would have a better (no sheer) curtain for the bathroom window. If one uses the bathroom at night and turns on the light one can see directly from the (albeit) buildings that are further down the road.

Not enough sound proof, lots of noise from the hallway in the morning. But if you are not planning to sleep late it's not that much of a problem. And you do need a car or a taxi to get to the city center.

Initial check in was done by a member of staff who was not v friendly or interested, a shame. The hotel was not full but he insisted we could not have our room until 15h. But the rest of the staff more than made up for this small issue.

Modern, v comfortable. Excellent and spacious rooms, super walk in shower. Staff v friendly and helpful, particularly in the restaurants. Great breakfast and enjoyed a good dinner there. Free parking and loading bay. Distance to Modena not a problem but beeare the ZTL zones in the okd centre. Can v much recommend the hotel.

The hotel is in the outskirts of Modena and you need a car if you want to visit the town. There is a big outside parking though

The hotel is very new and modern. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. WiFi is on international standards. Large breakfast buffet with good choice of all kind of food. Definitely the best place in Modena we met.

Heater in the bathroom did not work.

The breakfast manager, she was amazing. Practical room design, clean and bright. Free welcome drink that allows us to choose any drink from the bar, at our convenience.
