There is no minibar or small refrigerator in the room. The bathroom is quite small and has a fixed shower head. In addition, there is a shower curtain instead of a shower enclosure. The hot water takes a little while to come through.

The location is excellent and very convenient for transportation In addition, the staff are very attentive, friendly, and helpful. Complimentary coffee and croissants are offered in the mornings.

The hotel has no elevator, as is rather common in Italy, and we got a room in the fourth floor. They offered to carry our bags, but we felt that we could to carry them ourselves. Not a big deal since you need to go up only once, but if possible try to book a room in the lower floors,

The location is very good, not too far from Santa Maria Novella train station. You can reach most of Florence attractions by walking, except Piazzale Michelangelo, which I recommend to reach by bus. Staff was very friendly and make us fell at home. It is good that this hotel has staff during the day, so you can check-in and check-out without problems. At night you need to use a code to enter. The breakfast is simple but pleasant. In addition, The hotel has very good facilities, sheets and towels are clean and the shower is good. Everything looks new and well maintained.

We were at the top of stairs (4 flights up) and after a hot day it was a challenge (no lift). It was tough to get a full charge on phones - which may be due to the need for a converter we brought from Canada.

Location to many lovely things to visit. Easy to find it at late check in time… right near the tram line from the airport.

Nothing - I had researched and knew what to expect. Points to note: No lift - we requested a room on a lower floor a few weeks in advance. Minimal breakfast - coffee and bread - but free. There is a small cafe just next door that does wonderful pastries for breakfast. No hairdryer in the room. We knew all of this prior to arrival so none of it was an issue for us

Breakfast - I think they get the previous day's unsold bread rolls from the bakery next door. Since the rolls and the airplane biscuits are the only edibles on offer, I would scratch the 'breakfast' description. The coffee and juice machine are ok.

There could hzve been a little more good option for this price. And a better coffee. I ynderdtsnd it is a machine but there are options for the coffe and milk that go in or. They could be better.

Comfortable beds. Nice to have soap. Glad for the air conditioning.
