No elevator

The location is perfect and Stefano and the staff are very helpful and nice. I was a solo traveler and received an up grade to a double room for 6 nights which was a pleasant surprise. You will be right on the main street from the train station to the Duomo but the noise was not a problem since they have excellent modern windows than when shut block 95% of the noise. The pastry/sandwich/coffee/cocktail shop right next to the entrance is a major plus!...those guys there are great!

Noisy little place, especially on the first floor during the breakfast service so bring earplugs!! Wifi is pretty shocking and so is reception, can’t get either in the room so either have to hang out body out the window or sit in the corridors.

They advertised free breakfast and there was only coffee and packaged dry crackers. They advertised air conditioning but apparently they were too polluted from being “turned on all summer” ( We are in April….) and the staff refused to give me the remote to operate the air conditioning.

Well, the place corresponds to the expectations for a 2 start hotel. Bathroom is a bit moldy, we needed to unscrew the valve for the toilet water ourselves, there is no elevator and breakfast is no option.

The hotel offers free coffee and location is just perfect. We were allowed to store our luggage securely after check out. Staff was very kind to us at any moment.

It was in the center and two minutes walk to the duomo. The staff tried their best to help out by carrying our luggage to our room in the 3rd floor.

Great location! Rooms are quite small but clean and functional. Very short walk to Duomo and Bell tower, and less than 15 minutes to Ponte Vecchio. I would recommend this hotel to young travelers who want to stay in the center of Florence and explore the city!

The hotel does not have an elevator, but this was not a big disadvantage as we stayed on the second floor.

The hotel is located in the city center, close to any main attraction in Florence. The staff was helpful, and they provided a city map. The room was clean and it was quiet during our stay.

The rooms were small! The towels were changed only when we asked for them to be changed! Although we chose this property because it was saying that breakfast is included, apparently it wasn't but I guess this was a mistake from the booking app!

There were very few things to dislike. The bathroom was very small- but that is typical for most European cities. A few pictures in the rooms would add a nice touch. There were really fun retro movie posters throughout the rest of the hotel.

We really liked the location. Close to the train and all the major sites. We were given a larger room at no extra cost due to our longer stay. Our room faced the street but had such great sound proofing windows that it was no issue as far as noise went. The beds were very comfortable as well. There are many good restaurants and sandwich places close by. We arrived early and were able to leave our bags at the hotel ( which was convenient ). The front desk staff and the breakfast room staff were helpful and friendly. They really met all our needs: corkscrew, hairdryer, restaurant suggestions etc. Overall a very nice stay!

The varied choices for breakfast -especially the quality of the bread in a city with great bread- could have been somewhat better.

The location is excellent! It's within 15 minutes of walking from the main train station, and only an 8 minute walk to the main cathedral (Il Duomo). The staff were courteous and very helpful (particularly seniore Stafano). A needed minor repair in the bathroom was taken care of fairly quickly after I reported it.
