The bed and the blanket. I was there at the end of April. When the temperature went down. The room i had was located on the 3rds floor connecting to the building but outside of door of the building. In the night was cold for me and the blanket was not enough. On the 2ng night i went to request more blanket. It helps in the night.

The breakfasts could be a bit better and more varied. The hotel is located 1 km from the city center, and unfortunately, to get there, you have to walk along the road because there are no sidewalks.

A good hotel for this price range. The room is a bit too small to fully open suitcases, but it offers a beautiful view of the lake. The traditional Italian cuisine is excellent, so there's no need to go into town for dinner.

Our rooms didn’t had the “premium lake view” , maybe we booked rather spontaneously. And as everywhere parking becomes a challenge when restaurant is busy and / or personal need to park as well.

The view from the breakfast room / restaurant keeps you captivated and let you get into holiday mood immediately. Small breakfast buffet was included and even with a bit of hassle parking. Restaurant menu and meals was good.

Room size.

The hotel was nice enough, the parking was a bit tight, and the room was really small. I guess I didn't realize that 17 sq. meters is really small for a hotel room. It was adequate, however, and the balcony means that the view is spectacular; right across from the Isola dei Pescatori. I had expected a mini fridge, but all we had was a plastic thing about the size of a cooler. The AC worked great, once they fixed a part that had allowed it to drip water all over the floor. Breakfast was OK. Overall a reasonably good value.

The breakfast should be a bit more varie:d, especially vis a vis vegans and vegetarians. As to dinner. It was (in our view): too expensive.

There's no better location than here. We chose a room with a view at the lake. So beautiful! Exciting.

the location is between the two townships, so not quite so handy as others in the vicinity. quite a walk to both towns.

Breakfast is great and solid, a bit more of fruits and vegetables would be nice. Each room with AC, which works properly, however a bit loud but thats okay. All in all comfortable.

Great location directly at the lake with first class view and direct access to the water. Also a beachfront is there and the restaurant serves breakfast and dinner - at least that was my understanding. With sufficient parking space we had no problem parking the car, the staff and the managers are above the average kind and friendly. The place is family managed which gave an additional cozyness to our stay, great people.

The room smelled musky, and unfortunately we had to close our windows when the neighboring inhabitants smoked on their balcony.. we would have appreciated designated smoking areas. The beds were not very comfortable.

The hotel is amazing! Our room had a large balcony with a stunning view of Lake Maggiore and the Borromean Islands — truly breathtaking. The hotel has its own private beach with sun loungers. We stayed for two nights, and I wish it had been longer. During the day, we went out to explore the nearby attractions, but I would have happily spent a full day just relaxing at the hotel: swimming in the lake, sipping coffee or an Aperol Spritz on the balcony... :) The hotel offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast was tasty, although the selection was not very large. We had dinner at the hotel once — the menu is limited, and I expected the prices to be a bit lower than in Milan. I was worried it might be noisy in the room since the hotel is near the road, but it's not a busy highway — there’s very little traffic, and the room was quiet both day and night. The hotel provides free parking. It’s only a 5-minute drive to Stresa, where you can enjoy a lovely walk along the lakeside promenade and have dinner.
