The credit card was charged for my stay without asking me. In other hotels the booking is made via credit card just as a guarantee and then you choose the way of payment. I hadn't noticed anywhere in the website that it is cash free

Incredible vibe, everyone very polite, great idea to have a bar-reception. The A/C wasn't working but immediately they offered me another room ( I didn't move because I loved mine).

This was the most modern, comfortable, friendly, clean, welcoming, and fun hotel we have stayed at on our entire honeymoon (5 hotels total). The staff was as friendly as can be, the room was exceptionally large, and atmosphere was very relaxing and fun at the same time.

We loved the experience and the space. The accommodation had all we needed, staff is really nice and helpful. It was very well positioned for our needs to visit what we planned. We enjoyed the experience and we will be looking out for the other Ruby Bea locations in the other cities as well. It is a welcoming accommodation and has sustainable initiatives.

They were doing major road works all around the property which made it difficult to access. It would have been really lovely standing on the balcony having the view over the small park but instead the road works took up the view.

When we came there were reconstructing the tram blocking the walk ways :(. I hope that will be fixed soon. The reception was great overhaul. However some girls were stressed while working at reception and providing waitress service and becomes more direct. Some needs more training then others. No telephone line to call reception. Water was leaking outside the shower because of blocked drainage. And the hotel corridors was not always cleaned and stains on black surface were visible. I will suggest gum side trolleys for housekeeping.

I love the room we booked 230. Amazing rooms and style. Bed was comfy. I asked the reception to have the room cleaned everyday and they did.. amazing. Housekeeping was great and friendly. Great hotel and highly recommended and full of potential

The property was perfect for my needs 5 star room

The location was perfect. Close to the sights but far from big city noise. The booking and checkin procedure was easy and accurate. The front staff were very professional and pleasant. Ida was especially helpful in booking a cab for our trip to the airport the next day.

The Wi-Fi was weak and your t. V channel selection was poor. Need to make mini refrigerators available in rooms, with people that have medicine needs to keep it cool.

Perhaps putting a kettle, to heat water, in the galley area. The faucet was a little hard to figure out. Other than that, nothing. Everything was wonderful.

The staff were ALL amazing!! Loved the concept of reception desk attached to the bar. The whole vibe was great. The restrooms off the main reception area were super cool and there were all types of different areas to chill or work. The rooms were fantastic!!! Super modern and stylized with a skylight you could open and close remotely. The bed, linens and pillows were very comfortable, as well. Toiletries were really nice and they were full sized.
