Location is quite central to things but I personally did not like the surrounding streets.

Room was very clean, modern and comfortable. The host was really friendly and gave us lots of helpful information upon arrival. There were complementary breakfast (including vouchers for a local cafe), bottled water, sweets, and tea/coffee available. Fridge also had complementary soft drinks.

The owner, Enzo, is the sweetest person we met in our entire trip in Italy. He is super helpful and kind. As a sweet gesture, he even gifted us a box of chocolates for our journey ahead. There was coffee and breakfast available at the B&B. Enzo was very generous to give us welcome drinks as we entered. Room was clean and spacious and had all the amenities needed. The bathroom was bigger than usually seen in Italy and had ample amount of space. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Naples!

Everything was good.

The room had everything needed and it was very clean. Special thank you to Enzo, the host, who was super warm, helpful and available through whatsapp for any advice. Very nice touch with the shared little dinning room, it had everything you might wish for when you arrive - complimentary water, coffee, tea and even some pastry, it shows that the hosts really care about your comfort.

One slight issue we had was with the cleanliness. Even though the room looks new and modern, it was not 100% clean (i.e. spotless) everywhere (especially in the bathroom, where also the bidet was not working properly). There was a hair here and there on the floor. But nothing that would make our stay unbearable or "bad" in any sense.

Enzo is a true Neapolitan gentleman, very friendly, warm, talkative and kind. As soon as we arrived he showed as the whole accomodation and insited on making us a cup of espresso. Also gave us a couple of tips on where to go eat etc. The room is very nice and generally clean, everything seems pretty new, apparently it was renovated just a couple of years ago. The view is also relatively nice. Location of the room is one of the better ones around center of Napoli, but still very close to the train station which is useful. Breakfast was not served in the accomodation itself, instead we got coupons to the nearby cafe where we could choose any coffee and almost any type of pastry they had, it was generally fine. However in the "common room" of Ruma Guest House we could also make ourselves coffee anytime or take snacks/chocolates as much as we wanted, Enzo offered us everything and even gave us an umbrella in case we needed it. Overall we felt very welcomed in the Ruma Guest House and can recommend it for sure.

The location is just perfect, just 10mn walk from naples Central Station and a few minutes away from the old town. Enzo did everything to make our stay pleasant he is a really caring person with always a smile on his face 😊

Nice, cozy, and fully equipped room. The owners were amazing, very helpful and they prepared the breakfast earlier per our request. The apartment is located in the city center but is not noisy. Comfortable beds and air conditioning in the room.

The breakfast was delicious, the bed was cozy, and the location was excellent for exploring the city. Also, the room was very modern and well-designed, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. Enzo was very friendly and responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Naples!

Everything was good.

The staying at Ruma Guest House was exceptional. Enzo, the owner was an amazing person, kind and helpful. He helped us of finding the place at the main street and he also took information about an misguide which happened with our guide to another destination which was canceled. He showed us the room which was very spacious, clean and with an amazing view of Naples that is near the train station. We talked a lot for many things and he also was very good on the recommendation to visit and to eat . Also during the breakfast we met other people from different countries and we spoke about our countries. I will definitely consider to book this place without a doubt.

The area is close to the train station and port, so 2 of the 4 directions to walk are not so nice. But that's the charm of Naples.

Enzo was a wonderful host. He was extremely welcoming and very helpful with everything that I needed to tour the city. I even stayed an extra day which was accommodated easily. Naples has a ton to see. The fridge was helpful for drinks and the breakfast room was a wonderful way to meet other like minded travellers.

The bedding was the worst- bed itself is squeaky,mattress is squashed on the middle and if you are two - you both roll to the middle and can’t sleep. “Blanket” was just a bed cover on a spare sheet- no duvet cover. Location is not perfect- walking from central Station you will pass a very dirty criminal district. One night we heard 5 gunshots The rest is ok

Loved the owner - he is willing to help at all times. The room is good- it has a large bathroom and shades and conditioner, fresh renovated. Also water and coffee available at premises and you can leave luggage if needed. Fully Consistent with the description
