No champagne on the breakfast 😢 so wanted to have it) And two times we tried to have a lunch or dinner on the terrace near the main entrance, but first time it was kitchen and bar closed and second time it was long waiting of the waiter. Need to make a good entertainment on the terrace and there will be a lot of visitors or may be it will be enough to fix service a little bit.

Oh mama Mia! It was my best experience in my life! Wonderful hotel, Venice, beautiful transfer by boat (which is much more create a vibe of this hotel) The staff is on the TOP level of service. Concierge is perfect (has a small trip to the glass factory, advice about Venice’s restaurants, and have got amazing wooden boat for the transfer back to the railway station) Housekeeping came twice per day into our room. At midday for cleaning and before evening to prepare our room for sleeping.

Everything. Complimentary taxi between and from Venice was worth it alone. I will be planning another stay next year!

Zero, everything was great.

San Marco was booked up, but that was a blessing….we found San Clemente, it’s own island paradise in Venice only a 10 minute boat ride away and out of the chaos. Coming back to beautiful grounds, gardens, pool..& all in an historic building. Even a sculpture garden. It was a complete respite. Food and staff were incredible and the property value for money.

Service is good, but on one occasion they were a bit understaffed at the bar near Aquarelle Restaurant. The minibar could be more varied. Also the side pool restaurant food could be improved.

The property is beautiful and imposing, the garden is stunning. Rooms are large and comfortable, but a bit austere. The breakfast and the food in Aquarelle Restaurant were very good. The private shuttle boat to San Marco is very convenient and it runs until midnight.

Nothing really , everything was top. Maybe if we want it to be even better , improve room service. In terms of food quality but also speed of delivery. Room service needs to check the in-suite mini bar more often.

1)Mr Selim the owner is making sure the hotel is run at the highest standard. 2)The private island of San Clemente provides top tranquility and privacy minutes away from the center. 3)Very nice historical church and beautiful lush gardens surround the hotel. 4)The hotel itself is a palace, amazing floor to ceiling height, spacious rooms and suites. 5)Aquarello restaurant is certainly better than the old Buddha bar. 6)Most importantly very good concierge and staff overall.

Beautifully isolated from the mainstream with spacious facilities and pool. You could spend days in the island without even travelling to Venice if you so wished. The regular courtesy boat provides the link to and Fro across the lagoon to Venice, and to all the sights and sumptuous restaurants. The concierge team especially Michael are extremely helpful

1)No choice of food in the restaurant. Being such a huge brand, there should be an option of more food choices. Also they close kitchen at 12. This should change. 2) Need to improve Air Conditioning system. Many rooms had issues with that. 3) prices should be reasonable. A coke for €8 is too steep just as an example.

The location is amazing. The ambience is great. Staff very friendly and cooperative. Beautifully manicured gardens. Loved everything.

Only slight gripe was the cost of the food and drink, it put us off eating and drinking there. Had the prices been slightly more reasonable we actually would have spent more there so a little short sighted on their part.

A really lovely hotel - couldn’t recommend it more highly! Absolutely amazing hotel. Great welcome from the moment we arrived. All the staff were lovely. The grounds are beautiful and facilities fantastic. It was so nice to be on an oasis away from the madness of Venice. The boat service was great and meant we were able to spend time soaking up all the sights and culture in Venice and also relax by the pool. Pool itself was also great, large with plenty of loungers so always space. Perfect trip!

Half of the stuff , not speaks in English, doing mistakes in orders. In day time food quality is pure and cost more than in “Michelin” star restaurants. Hamburger 36€ 😂, salad the same…

I was immediately drawn to the ambiance of the hotel, finding to be an oasis of tranquility and sophistication. The calm and chic atmosphere enveloped the entire property, creating a sense of respite from the outside Venice world. This ambiance added a unique touch to our stay, setting it apart from other Kempinsi hotels I've visited.

Out of this world! Simply perfect in every way. The staff were so attentive and their attention to detail was exemplary. Honestly the finest holiday we have had and we have stayed in multiple 5* locations around the world but this one tops the lot. Total tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of Venice which is only. 10 minute ride on their luxurious hotel boat. Thanks you to all the staff for making our trip so perfect.
