Only breakfast provided on site. No other facilities. The quality of the breakfast was mediocre. No museli, bananas, berries available and the coffee was poor. This would definitely be an area to improve.

The breakfast was a bit dull and the serving staff did not speak English so its was hard to ask fro basic things like salt.

The location in the middle of the old port is beautiful and allows you to be walking distance from the canter and the nice restaurants. The hotel is using a historical building that used to be a monastery and the breakfast is served in the old . church - the experience is very romantic and perfect to feel the character of Trani

The shower design was stupid. It would’ve been adequate accept. The water mixture is in the shortest space so no matter how you stand your bumping into it.

We have a large spacious room with a beautiful view of the port, the layout of the bathroom, and the comfort of the chairs in the room was not very good however, it was spacious and clean with a good breakfast

It is a beautiful building, calm and cool in the summer heat. Perfectly situated on the harbour, for the passeggiata, bars and restaurants, our room also had a great view. The staff were friendly and helpful, the personal touch of a hotel was nice after staying in “B&B”s and apartments, where all human contact is through WhatsApp. It was great value and breakfast was excellent.

The shower cubicle was very small and tight. There was also no kettle in the room so couldn't make a cup of tea or coffee.

The staff were excellent, made you feel welcome and were always happy to help and answer our requests. The hotel is well located being close to the restaurants and the old town without being right in the middle. The room was also a reasonable size and being a converted convent, very characteristic. Breakfast was served in the old chapel with a good variety of food.

The location is excellent. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. Only the showerhead could be renewed and the carpets needs to be cleaned or changed…. Still all over a very nice stay.

Lots of signs of cost savings - carpets look worn out, toiletries and breakfast selection more typical for a budget hotel. You can tell the hotel had better times - they have decade old stickers that they were recommended in the Michelin guides, a sign in the lobby that they were rated 8.7 on booking.com several years ago. The price was good though so can’t really complain.

Big rooms, great location, not expensive. Free parking nearby.

Informative, friendly staff who went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. amazing location right on the marina. Wonderful view, although from oddly high windows.

The facilities were quite dated and the bed was rock solid.

Annamaria at reception was amazing! She really helped us out when my partner was unwell and in a lot of pain. She called about 10 places before we ended up just going to A&E. She's a star! Thanks!

It would have been nice to have an outdoor area next to the breakfast room as an option. Late night loud people walking by and sometimes music but I still slept ok and the central location at a weekend made that a natural occurence/inconvenience.

A lovely old style and historic decoration that had reminders that it was formerly a convent. Spacious corridors and rooms with a nice buffet breakfast room. A great view of the harbour from the room and easy to walk everywhere. A friendly and polite staff.

Booked a room with twin beds that was not available upon our arrival so we had to take two rooms. the very nice concierge/ receptionist did everything to accommodate us and provide with a discount for one of the rooms. the rooms with a sea view are very noisy as lots of yea-yea activity including a Ferris wheel is happening. however the view is magnificent. parking is a nightmare

the hotel is housed in an historic and beautiful building. the decor is spare and in good taste. the breakfast that is included in the price of the room was a spectacular buffet
