The location was the only reason I wouldn't stay again. It's on the edge of the grotty side of town, and takes a good 25 minutes to get to central Palermo, meaning that's quite a lot of steps per day if you go to the train station for a day trip, and then back out in the evening!

It exceeded my expectations when it came to the pool and the room. The breakfast was also really nice!

The location was grim on the outskirts of palermo and looked neglected. It was on a really really busy road .only high floors appeared to have sea view ( we were third floor and looked at a wall ) I did ask for another room but was told it was full The breakfast was continental style with cooked meats cheese and precooked pastries and tinned fruit It was alright but I wouldn't class it as four stars . It would be ok for a couple of days . We based ourselves here for five and that was way too long .

The room was modern and clean and the hairdryer was really good . The bed was huge

The location seems unsafe. The installations were quite old and it needed redecoration. My room was for disabled people - I am not one- and the sheets had holes in them.

The room was a bit worse for wear. The door look had been broken and the shower was not fixed correctly. The bathroom light flashed on several times in the night and the air conditioning stopped periodically. There were no safety locks on the windows.

The hotel was easy to find on the sea front. The entrance was inviting and parking easy. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bar was nice. Breakfast was on the 14th floor with a panoramic view and was very good. There was a pool which looked inviting but we didn't have time to use it. The room had a nice front vista.

Gym equipment not working, very old. Rooms need up grading & hotel dated needs painting badly. Location towards palermo goods about 10mins walk. If you the opposite direction towards the beaches it's absolutely filthy. All the beaches were full of rubbish & dog dirt. All the refuse bins overflowing. No recycling

Some things in the room need a little upgrading, for example the shower, sink and toilet definitely.

The elevators, the insistence of wearing a cap when swimming, and the location - not a great bit of Palermo with few good restaurants around and poor beaches.

Very slow and scarce elevators, windows letting the rain in during the thunderstorm, pool working in weird hours when most people are seight seeing. There is daylight after 7PM and before 10 AM - it should work at least an hour more in the morning or evening. All in all - it is not 4 stars, but the staff was so kind, that I do not regret staying here.

The staff was very helpful, the level of cleaness is supreme, good food.

Advertised with pool, and not clear when booking that the pool was closed. Pool noted all the way through, title, photos and facilities and only right at the end it stated it was closed, which we did not realise untill after we booked. Extremely dissapointed Also air-conditioning was not working or not switched on so had to keep the window open and ended up with mosquito bites

Hotel and room was lovely (some wear and tear and repairs were to be done), staff were great and the food was ideal and a fantastic view.

Very dirty neighborhood. In the hotel itself the cleaning ladies were disturbing, very loud and in private phone calls really loud in front of my door, despite the sign "don't disturb ".

The location is far from city center and it takes almost half an hour to walk. It's an unpleasant area for walks, and possibly not safe when it's dark. The rooms were not well cleaned. The hotel is a bit rundown, and not 4 star. Problems with the old fashion door locks.

No shops or restaurants in the vicinity immediately outside the hotel. Nearest restaurant is at least 1km walk.

Parking space is plentiful. Breakfast has wide variety of bread, cakes and pastry.

They told me, that gym is open all the time, but in the morning, everything was blocked.I am profesionall fitness girl, so it is problem, when I can't train. Also in the pool so many loungers were occupied, with towels but nobody was there....

Breakfast was amazing...Really cool and also with great view. Room was large and clean, but toilet is for very tall people.We are not small but this was really strange.Anyway, hotel is nice.

The staff was not friendly at the restaurant during the breakfast. The switched off coffee machines when people were still having breakfast. Air conditioning in the room was not working properly.

Despite the fact that it is 4star in the description, hotel is outdated. It requires refurbishment. Nevertheless the stay was ok. For the value we paid it was decent enough.

The hotel is big and accommodates many guests. The swimming pool area and number of elevators were not enough. Gym was very old and not kept well.

The room was comfortable and clean, very nice view of the sea. Breakfast was tasty and had various options.

The reception staff were very helpful and informative, breakfast had decent choice, the review was not bad from the 14th floor . A short drive 4 mins to the port area free parking to get to the old town
