The beds were very hard, we slept not very good in the beds. Maybe a little bit to expensive rooms according to the standard in the rooms - well, it is in Rome citycenter so it was OK anyway.

The service in the frontdesk was fantastic. Specially Titziani, who helped us with booking two restaurants and recommended one of those, a superb place we didn´t know about before! Thank You very much! We also liked the superb breakfast. Cleaning and bed making every day, new towels every day was also nice.

Pricey. Issues the booking. I had paid for a quad room, but the booking only said 3 is people so they charged a large extra fee.

The hotel is in the city center, everything is very close. The bus stops are only a few minutes walk. The room was basic but very clean and comfortable.

Air con wasn’t allowed to be used til may. The room was very warm so we had to have the windows open at night. Street cleaning started around 4am which was very loud and woke us every morning.

I had a good stay at the hotel, but they charged my credit card though I chose to pay at the property. My card limit was reduced, due to which i had problems in payment of dues at other hotels. The hotel claims that they have cancelled the payment but my payment is still on hold even after a week. The facility wise hotel is good

This was the second time I've stayed at this hotel in a month. The staff are very efficient, friendly and helpful, and the hotel is close to the Termini station but in a quiet street with easy access to station, metro and was walking distance to some of the main sights in Rome. The breakfast at the hotel was fine, and it is close to many restaurants

The rooms were a bit wore down, but still clearing and fresh. The fan was noisy and there was no way to set the room temperature. You could also hear every noise from other rooms nearby and the corridor, so it affected the sleep.

Location and friendly staff. The hotel had all services you need, although maybe not top quality.

I didn’t like the Italian staff with long hair, last night I was really sick, I called the reception to get an extra cover as I had fever. The first time he answered he spoke Italian, that is very strange as I don’t have a clue about Italian language, then he keeping hanging the phone. Because he said it is not working, well if the first time he say in English: sorry the phone is not working I can’t hear you, I’m gonna send someone to help you. But he was speaking in Italian and hanging the phone. I was mad and I went downstairs to speak with him, because if you want to speak your own language don’t work in a hotel.

I booked a single room and there was no signal at all (even though it included free WiFi, the signal was very poor). The phone itself has no signal too. The bathroom in the accommodation is very small, making it difficult to even turn around

The rooms are little "old"

The noise was unfortunately really bad. The windows don’t shut flush and windows are thin, hearing people on the street through the night, and with roadworks/building works going on at really early hours is easily heard in the room and resulted in 2 poor nights sleep. That’s a shame as the hotel other than tff had at is good.

The bed was absolutely awful. One of the mattress was not great, but ok, but the other mattress was like a ball. We slept on one side because it was impossible to sleep on.

Badkamer was very clean, nice smelling soap, very fluffy towels. The room was small but clean and comfortable, ideal for a couple of days and very good location. Close to Termini, around 7 minutes walk, buses, shops, cafes, etc
