Great location, 5min walk from metro station, we explored the city by walking. Air cleaners and heaters were provided at the property, staff very welcomming, early check-out was not a problem

They didn't give as receipt even we ask for it. Bathroom was mutual with other rooms and you can't find even a pair of slippers to go in bathroom.

We walked into the reception which was in a block of flats, then when we had checked in, the man led us back out of the building and about two blocks away to another flat block where a man was waiting outside and went in behind us, I am a young female and was with my friend who is also a young female, both of us felt very unsafe and did not end up staying, we left the room as soon as the man left and went and found another hotel, where the man at the desk told us we came from a very dodgy area! We would not recommend to any solo travellers or young girls, we didnt even feel comfortable to go back into the building to hand back the keys and so we just posted them!

The accommodation - the address of the hotel is not what it says on the booking - they gave only one key to the room - the key given to the front door of the apartment did not open the lock - the wall in the room looked disgusting - the heating did not work - there was no carpet in the bathroom - there was no shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom and the soap was so stinky that we did not use it - they did not change the towels and did not take away the rubbish The host - I booked a room for 4 people, so I had to pay a city tax of 42 euro, but they registered only 2 people - we arranged with the host that he would come on Saturday morning at 11 am to get the money (city tax), but he did not show up and did not answer the phone, then at 22:23 in the evening he called to ask for the money and sent a rude sms and finally came at 23:30 to get the money - he speaks very bad English, you can hardly understand what he says

The shower only had cold water and no shower head and it was a shared bathroom with another group. The location of the property was not what was listed on the website and the city tax was more than was stated initially.

We arrived at night at the property that was showed at Booking, in spite of we had advised about the time we’d arrive nobody was there to open. The door was opened by a guest, nobody else could tell us about our room. Some minutes later came the attendant. There we paid the taxes. Then We were taken off from this property to another building, because in that place the rooms weren’t available, We had to walk about one block. In that point we were really scared about the situation, the man whom attended us was rude, also he was asking for an extra payment (40€, not notified by Booking). At that time we felt vulnerable, and endangered. At the end, we arrive to a room where balcony’s doors were closed, 3 noisy fans that wasn’t enough for the warm and closed room. The bathroom was dirty, left with a dirty mop in a dirty and smelly bucket of water.

It was awful!!! The propriety is unsafe, the host is rude and the bathroom is extremely dirty.

From the moment we arrived at the apartment we realized that we had made a mistake. We waited under the building for half an hour after check-in and no one opened the door for us. By chance, a tenant entered the building and we entered together with her. When we were in Loni it looked like a tenement building and there was no reception or anyone to contact to get the apartment. We started looking for clues in the building, we went floor by floor until we came to any door that seemed suitable, we went in there and there was a line to check in. After we waited fifteen minutes, our turn came, the first thing the owner asked was to take a picture of our passports, before we talked about the money or the apartment (you'll understand why later), and then he asked for the city tax (he just took 14 euros), and only at the end did he inform us that he Moves us to an apartment in another building, when we started to object he said he would cancel the reservation and that the money would stay with him. We had no choice, we had reservations at the Colosseum... we agreed to move building. We entered the second building, climbed 6 floors on foot, and got a very hot apartment, without air conditioning (I couldn't sleep all night because of the heat). The shower was shared by about 14 tenants and the experience was very, very disappointing.

This accommodation is an absolute disaster. I highly discourage anyway staying in this hostel. My friend and I arrived, we were ringing the bell, nobody opened the door downstairs. However, we managed to come into the building as one guy was leaving it. We went to the second floor and we were ringing a bell until one girl who also stayed in this hostel opened it. We were then informed that we need to call the people who are working in this hotel on WhatsApp to arrive in order to check-in. After a while, that person arrived and was very rude and impolite, almost aggressive. He told us with barely any English that we need to go to another location on the ground floor and he did not want to tell us where exactly and to show us pictures of that location. All in all, in the end we went to that other location, which turned out to be a few minutes from this one and on the 6th floor. We stayed there one night which is more than enough. There was a hair in my bed and wifi was not working.

The only good thing about this accommodation is the location. It is close to the central railway station.

I squashed my friends the bed bugs while sleeping

It's always good to get out your comfort zone, I loved how the doors didn't lock and how friendly the receptionist was when greeting us with dripping bin bags in his hands. I got invited to a special room only one person allowed because you are only allowed to pay with cash, not sketchy what so ever. overall highly recommend coming here with your loved ones.

There were issues with kitchen where we couldn't cook much. The staff doesn't respond well.

For the room it looks okay but comfortability was less. The location is very good close to Termini

We saw a mugging in broad daylight and later couldn’t return from clubbing until the next day because helpful locals told us that people commonly get stabbed in the area of the hotel. Also we were moved from the original location to a couple of streets away. There were suspicious stains on the walls too, and we were only given blankets rather than a sheet. There were no basic supplies in the apartment.

It was a six minute walk from the Roma Termini station, which was a great location for us backpackers (but was dangerous). It was cheap for Rome. Also there was a stairway leading to a roof top in the communal area which we shared with 2 other rooms.

The WiFi never worked (we called to request the WiFi to be fixed and they never came), bathroom was dirty and musty, no soap or Face/hand towel, no ventilation, the beds didn't have top duvet, and had only a heavy cover( too heavy for the weather). Outside windows were hitting with the wind.

I didn’t mind a thing.

The location was great, the room was affordable and clean and the facilities were clean. On the plus side, there was a lift which made it convenient to take luggage up.
