We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustriaDefinitively missing the own restaurant. It is almost impossible to get a nice breakfast if you want more than a cup of coffee and a croissant. One is build at the moment, which makes it a bit noisy and dusty, but not really disturbing.
Location: close to beach and the only dance bar. All staff members were nice and helpful. Bicycles are free of charge for the trip to market or around the city.

Czech RepublicThe information on booking.com did not tell us that the pool was under reconstruction -- we were disappointed to find this out when we arrived. Also the toiletries that the hotel gave you were very limited --- shower wash for 1 day out of the 6 we stayed.
Having the option of an inexpensive but sufficient breakfast options on site was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was central to the activities and very near the beach.

Facilities- beach with fully equipped and dedicated place for each guest- sun shield and beach chairs. Possibility to rent free of charge bikes and have a tour around the Caorle. Highly recommend hotel to stay and enjoy time on the beach!!!

AustriaThe pillows are not comfy and seem to be partly self-made. The bed was decent, but my mattress was worn out. The hotel personnel did not really understand/speak English nor german — kind of strange for a tourist hotel. the exterior of the hotel is in bad shape and does not seem to be maintained. The floor is not 100% straight - I kept having the feeling to be tilting in one direction and even the bathroom door would fall shut, if you did not block it
the location of the hotel and the vicinity to the beach area is good! The room is clean and the towels are really only taken, if they are put on the floor. The hotel and AC is fairly quiet and the rooms seem to have been renovated recently

GermanyThe people that work here are super friendly! We had a great stay! You get bikes for free that you can use to travel faster from place to place! The Beach is only like a 1-2min walk away so you are super close! We recommend this place! The bartender was the best we loved having a few drinks at the bar and talking to him he was super friendly and funny! We loved it definitely booking with this hotel when we are coming back!
