The location for tourist traveling by car is just excellent - very close and easy exit to motorway. The metro station is just in front of hotel so in next 20 min you can get to the center. The bed was very comfortable and buffet breakfast you can eat on the terrace which is very nice. We were very satisfied with our stay in the hotel.

You should take train to reach the city centre. It takes approximately 15-20 minutes. Yet, the train station is in front of the hotel.

There was a strike on metro and buses and the hotel did not inform us in the morning before leaving the hotel although we have asked for directions how to get to the city center. During the night we found out about the strike and there was no available taxi to get back to the hotel. We called the hotel to assist us and they just gave us the tel no of taxis to call them even though we told them that we tried to call a taxi but there was no availability due to the strike. We had to walk back to the hotel from the center with two kids (13 years old). Unfortunately the staff working that night was not able to help and when we arrived at the hotel tired at midnight he told us "it was a surprise strike we didn't know". Later we found out that the strike was announced days before.

The room was nice and comfy. The restaurant serves very tasty and delicious milanese dishes.

The room interior design is quite outdated to my mind. One morning we had breakfast at their facilities - the food variety was not that much and coffee was terrible.

It was ok. The hotel is located quite outside the city center but it is easy reachable by metro in 15 minutes, and the stop is in the front of the hotel. Close to contemporary art space Pirelli HangarBicocca.

We were really happy with our stay at Starhotels Tourist for our short stay in Milan. The hotel is literally right across from a main metro line which runs directly into the centre of town, meaning that, practically, we were minutes away from all the main sites in Milan - without paying through the nose for more central accommodation. It also meant that our transit from the airport was seamless and easy, and so we didn't have to fork out a lot of money for a taxi.

Room very spacious and comfy. Location slightly away from the city centre but Metro right across the street taking you to the centre in about 10 minutes. Staff very friendly and happy to assist with anything.

Spacious room and comfortable beds, very clean and calm. Easily accessible by car and right in front of the metro for easy city access. Breakfast was great and diverse (salty/sweet). Hotel staff was friendly.

The heater wasn't working, so we were cold a little in the night.

The room was perfectly clean, the towels were soft, and we had plenty of space. Also the location is good, near the subway station. Staff was respectful and considerate.

A little bit far from the city center, but since the metro is available, and the price is more reasonable compared to those in the central area, in general, it is a good option.

The hotel locates at a convenient place where you can easily get access to the metro, which is quite important. In the meantime, the district is a residential area, safe and peaceful. There were some network issues that happened with the Booking reservation, an automatic penalty was 99 euros, which somehow frightened me, but luckily the staff helped me solve the problem. :)

Location outside the city centre and with no eating and shopping facilities around (office district).

Comfortable rooms, exceptionally quiet despite vicinity of large avenue. Breakfast has large variety of choices and good quality. Room too crowded made the atmosphere unpleasant. Metro station just outside the hotel is very convenient.

Everything very clean and tidy, the room size is very good for a couple. Towels were very smooth. Staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is around 20 minutes from the Duomo with the subway, the subway station is in front of the hotel, really well connected. You will not be able to just walk around the city as it is a bit far, but the transportation is very good and punctual.
