Haylena was a pleasure. So helpful and accommodating. Large and extremely clean room in a great location. Convenient elevator only 4 rooms. It was very quiet the 4 nights we were there.

The bathroom has a bit of a damp smell - you get used to it in 2 minutes and I’m sure it’s impossible to fix in such an old building. But some people might not like it.

This place worked really well for us because of the location next to the station. It’s not really a hotel with a common area - but a small part of a big old building. We loved the high ceilings and space - it actually has some character unlike so many hotels now. We slept very well and it felt very secure. Very clean too!

The lady was so nice she cleaned our room every day. Location is also perfect only 30 seconds to termini. Our room was enough for two. Everything was very good about our stay 😊

The single bed is too small for a normal sized adult - anybody taller than 5'5 will find it hard to fit in the single bed.

We stayed here for 5 nights, the location is as best as it can get - right in front of the Termini station. Our host was very helpful and caring. The room was spacious and clean.

Bathroom is a little bit small. Any beds from the main once is super uncomfortable, so if you’re planning on sharing one room for more than 2 people, i wouldn’t recommend that.

The room is very clean and the high ceiling is nice. The room is moderately sized. Very close to the train station with very good eateries around. Super convenient.

The windows do not have screens. I don't know if it is Italian style, because my previous B&B type hotel doesn't have window screen, either. It is not a problem for me during my stay, because it is not mosquito season yet, and I can safely keep the window open without worring about it. However, during summer, it could be a problem. I didn't try the AC, and if the AC does a decent job, it won't be a problem in summer, either.

location is great. Marsa, the host, is very warm hearted and helpful. I felt home immediatley. The location is unbeatable. Roma Termini is across the street, with all tranportation you need: bus to FCO airport, bus to the pantheon, colosseum area, metro to vatican city and also the pantheon colosseum area, trains to connect major cities (pompeii, naples, florence, etc), and food court at Roma Termini with a few dozens options, Japanese and Chinese restaturant at the corner of the street. It seems it is a small family hotel, because it only has 4 units to be rented out, and in the same building, each floor has one or two different hotel companies, who all operate in a similar way. They have towel services that an external contractor operates, and would bring in new clean towels in the morning every day, and take away old towels to go through the cleaning service somewhere else.

The amazing convenience to the railway station which meant incoming it was easy to find and get to. Similarly when going out early in the morning to the international airport it was again very handy to the railway station and the convenience was great. Busy as it was once inside the hotel it was quiet comfortable and very peaceful

- Perfectly clean with plenty of space and natural light. The room was cleaned every day which was a big plus for us - Located at the heart of city centre with only a few minutes walk from the Termini station. Shuttle buses are quite frequent and they drop you right at this station - You can also reach majority of main attractions on foot (20-30 min walk) - Bonus points for having a mini fridge, I didn’t notice this in the photos, so it was a pleasant surprise. It’s very handy if you’re staying for a longer period of time - Our host was super nice, thank you so much for your generosity and hospitality!
