Great service at this centrally located hotel with good facilities and comfort. Easy walk to the train station and into the city and coast.

It’s not the property it’s Naples. It’s loud and full on which is great. But remember to pack ear plugs if you want a good nights sleep

AC couldn’t run just fan. Difficult to use. Bathtub needed cleaning, updating. No lam on right side of bed. Room too noisy from crowd or restaurant below. Not soundproofed. Bed too hard.

There is absolutely no soundproofing so I didn't sleep well at all. The hotel is off the main street and near a bar/club so there is a lot of outside noise. All rooms are off the main stairway so you can also hear everything going on inside the hotel.

Because of the central location, they had a lot of noise at the end of the night. However, ear plugs can easily solve this problem. The bed was a little hard in my friends opinion, but I like hard beds so I slept like a baby.

Very basic and low quality food and poor service. There was no English tea nor eggs.

Hotel located in the centre of Naples, do you have to expect a bit of noise. Hotel staff were super helpful and professional. Rooms are quite small but spotlessly clean. The tea and coffee making was welcome and the staff very kindly gave me fresh milk to make a lovely cuppa. Breakfast choice was adequate.

The location is great, close to Underground stations, restaurants, and most importantly the ferries (about 20 minutes walk for going to Capri and Ischia). The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

WiFi was not working at all, noisy from the outside with closed windows, a bit of a smell from the bathroom curtain but not a drama

The breakfast was alright - it was pretty standard, not much variation in what you can choose from (i.e. no fruit available).

The stay was good - the room was nice and clean, the hotel is well-located and the amenities were fine (nothing amazing but everything works and I would say it is in line with what you pay). I could also leave my bags behind and that was well organised.

it’s ideal for a short stay. room was immaculately clean but very small. especially the shower. great pressure in the shower, but it was pretty compact!

it’s in a very convenient location close to the mainline station, the Duomo metro station and an east walk to the old Town.
