Two rooms are connected with a thin wooden door and du to this, you can hear everything from the other side. When we were there, a class of young teenager was also there and some of them directly in the room beside ours. It was loud.

Room had everything you need, good view to the ocean. Good breakfast and dinner. The staff of the bar and restaurant was very friendly

Dinner was limited, just a few things on offer, all simple and not exceptional.

One of a family run small hotel chain since 1966. My room overlooked the port and had a large balcony. Fantastic swimming pool still open late October unlike other hotels in the area. Helpful staff with good guidance on parking. Solar panels and electric vehicle charge point - this hotel is moving with the times and demand. Bed super comfortable. Very good included breakfast.

The rooms and bathrooms are dated and need a face lift.

With an upgrade the view from our double room with sea view on level 3 was great but our friends's db room with sea view on 1st floor had only partial sea view from the balcony, the window faced the court yard :( Breakfast was good.

The hotel does not have parking, so have to find somewhere to park on the street.

Modern hotel, well maintained and excellent staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. The facilities were great, including a small private beach, and a pool. Breakfast was very good. Location excellent.

Breakfast!!!! Hardly any choice!! Repetitive! Boring and on the very first day, my daughter and self go so unwell after havin g the scrambled eggs, that it was frightening. We were laid up the entire day in our room till early evening. One can argue that everyone else ate the scrambled eggs and that perhaps it could have been something else but...the symptoms hit us the minute we took just a few spoonfuls of the scrambled eggs. Of course for the next few days we avoided the eggs like the plague

Location was brilliant! A lovely balcony directly overlooking the promenade and beach. Room too was a comfortable size for my daughter and myself.

Nothing to complain about!

The Hotel Terminal-Caroli Hotel is a well-located, comfortable and clean hotel that is great value-for-money. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very convenient for those wishing to visit Santa Maria di Leuca and is nicely situated facing the ocean on the main esplanade. There are many restaurants and coffee shops conveniently located just a short stroll from the hotel.

Because of economic reasons they turned off the AC's in the hotel. It was quite uncomfortable. The pool was freezing cold and not clean. The mattresses are from the 80's..

No personal touch by staff. I reserved a large double bed however on arrival the room was set up with two single beds. Aircon is turned off from October so we slept with patio door open. Shower tray sealing was black with mould. I also overpaid for the room through Booking.com by €100.

Large old style hotel. Perfect location for Leuca. Large rooms, bathrooms & balcony. Breakfast area on the terrace has a nice view.

After reading the bad reviews we were prepared for the worst but we actually had a great time. okay the breakfast was a little mwah but sea view room with a private beach could for this price was great! :)

A lovely, spacious seaside hotel. For the price it was really good value. The room was big enough, though the bathroom was a bit tiny. Stayed in the back of the hotel and even though there were no sea views there, it was still all splendid. Staff friendly, the cocktail bartender brilliant (though I only drank wine) and breakfast (too?) copious. I’d stay there again, next time booking a room with a view over the sea.
