If you are very sensitive for sleeping than ask the room not facing towards trams way. We got that, as am not sensitive so it didnot bother me

We had a great stay at The Moon Boutique Hotel & Spa. The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed the ability to use the spa facilities. The breakfast is very nice. The staff was very accomodating and always ready to help. The hotel is situated less than 10 minutes from the SMN train station. The city center is close-by, about 20 minutes by foot.

Not much to dislike about it. If you hate walking, then the hotel is not in the best location for being in the heart of the tourist attractions. The public transportation does not get you close to the museum for the statue of David, but they will kindly request at taxi for you help in that area. Since the taxi rates are reasonable, you can still get to the Santa Maria cathedral or museum for under 13 euros if you do want to walk. If you walk, you can get there in 25-30 mins. Plenty to see on the way.

The rooms were so classy and comfortable. Everything was extremely clean and the staff was totally awesome and helpful with anything you needed. The location was ideal for catching public transportation as you simply walk outside and it is right there. The hotel was close to the train station so you could easily take the tram one stop to the hotel. We did not get to experience the SPA but the breakfast was top notch. This hotel was the perfect place for a quiet, comfortable and enjoyable retreat for couples. OMG, the staff was so nice and accommodating.

Nothing really, maybe not having time to use the spa but that was definitely on us!

Luxury stay without the luxury price. The hotel is absolutely stunning, modern and felt like a really luxury stay. The staff were friendly and helped us make sure we didn’t miss any of the must do sights for Florence. Breakfast was great too! The location is great specially if you’re driving, you don’t get in to the city traffic but everything is in walking distance once you park the car.

I booked a superior room and was expecting it to be a bit bigger.

Very comfortable, well-decorated boutique hotel. The staff were super! All were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent - good choice of everything. Room was clean with modern furnishing all in accord with the overall tasteful hotel decor. Spa was a welcome treat after a long day walking around beautiful Florence. Well situated at about a 20 minute walk from the centre

All the staff were very polite, helpful and always had a smile on their face. The location was nice as it was one tram stop away or a short 10 minutes walk from the main train station. We absolutely loved the spa, from the hot to ice cold showers, the hammam, steam room, and the jacuzzi. Breakfast was delicious, and there were many pastry options.

We visited in November and found the temperature in the room a little too warm but receiption helped with lowering the temperature via the computer as the settings are controlled by a single computer on reception. Again, no trouble for the reception staff. This isn't something we didn't like, just something that the reception staff made efforts to change to suit us and make our stay perfect.

The staff at this beautiful hotel were so welcoming, very helpful, immaculately dressed and always greeted us with a smile. Breakfast was over and above what we expected, service in the breakfast room was very attentive, Francoise was a joy, very friendly and polite, again, nothing too much trouble. The bedroom, breakfast room and areas throughout the hotel were very clean indeed. Furniture, lighting, all extremely well thought out. The Spa was a very grateful bonus. It was included in the price and was very welcome after spending the day walking around in Florence. There was a sauna, steam room, massage pool, showers hot and cold, free tea and a relaxing area. Everything very clean there too. The hotel was a 25 min walk away from the centre but a small bus is available a few steps away from the front door of the hotel, for a small amount of euros. We came from visiting Venice on a train and we caught a taxi from the train station to the hotel, for about 13 Euros. All in all just a perfect stay and I would recommend this hotel and if we visit Florence again we would definitely stay here. Thank you for making our stay so special!!

The air conditioning in the rooms is really poor, which meant it was quite uncomfortable at night to sleep. The staff on reception could have been friendlier

the pillows on the bed could have been fluffier they were flat. A more luxury would best suite your guest and add to the beautiful boutique hotel experience.

The spa was incredible! The pictures do little justice to just how amazing and relaxing an experience it really is. The room was gorgeous, and the steam shower in the ensuite was invigorating.

Everything - Staff fantastic, friendly, welcoming. Breakfast fabulous catering for all. Position easy to get around not in the middle of crowds, but easy walking to top sites - will stay there again.

They gave clear directions to get to hotel. The one interior was so refreshing 😊. The spa was top notch. Friendly staff.
