The bathrooms do need an upgrade. Turn the shower as far left as you can for hot water! Although I didn't hear this, my family had to complain about the noise as there was a school trip staying at the hotel and the children were running wild a couple of nights that we were there. Not good when you've a 76 year old father trying to get some sleep. We arrived on 2nd April and the pool area wasn't open yet. It was a wee bit like a scene from the Inbetweeners (!!) but they were painting the out side area in preparation for opening the outside space. Pool, outdoor tables & chairs etc. It would have been nice had this been open during our stay.

This hotel is spotless. It's definitely a 3* so if your expecting The Ritz, it's not for you. We were there for 4 nights for a wedding and it was absolutely adequate for our stay. The staff on reception are great, very helpful and the 2 ladies in the breakfast room are excellent. We needed a private transfer to Naples and this was organised for us by the hotel with ease and at a very good price. The beds are very comfortable and there was daily cleaning, fresh towels etc. The hotel is literally about a 5 minute walk from the main square, so really easy to get into the Town Centre. I found it great value for money, but not at all glamorous. Basic good value for money hotel.

Noisey at time from other guests, during our stay some large school group was present, staff dealt with this efficently. It also meant we couldn't get into breakfast straight away one morning.

As an old building, there are lots of creaking noises which sound a bit too close for comfort at night. You hear every noise.

The train line is nearby even if not next to and one can hear the sound of the train coming by in the early morning.

Very good location, near the railway station and the bus to Amalfi coast. Clean and safe area. Good breakfast which could be improved on the ham and cheese side. Not everyone can eat sweet Italian breakfasts. Very clean towels which seemed to be changed daily. Clean room and amenities. The staff was nice enough to provide me a kettle upon request. Great internal orange and lemon trees garden.

Awesome location & very clean rooms. We were a party of 4 over 4 days for us the Main letdown is the breakfast room. staff very confused & constantly bringing wrong food to all tables. Great cappuccino & pastries but the Eggs to order was main issue. Either not what we ordered or badly cooked or underdone.. I woukd still recommend this hotel but just book room only if returning..

It is not the property’s fault, but the train (Circumvessuviana) to Sorrento from Napoli is worse than the most horrible trains in India and Mexico. The hotel should encourage visitors to only take the express trains on that line.

A five minute walk from the Sorrento train station. Nice breakfast and good Wi-Fi .

The hotel is situated perfectly for the town, some of the rooms can be a bit noisy with street noise, however, overall fantastic hotel, with excellent staff and good breakfast choices. Will stay again

Due to the thin walls, we could hear the neighbours all night long, and they were very loud. We expected a calmer place to stay in.

The bed was terrible. It is a small bed that sits against the wall and has been that way I suppose for many years and as a result you only use 3/4 of the bed and the bed mattress slants downward because the 1/4 edge of the bed against the wall is hardly used so I was trying to sleep on a slanted/crooked mattress. Not good.
