you have to pay extra to park the car, and the windows are not double glazed, so you may hear noise from outside.

The hotel is in a well connected area, it is clean and well kept, despite not being the newest of hotels. Rooms are warm, large, and everything is very comfortable. The staff is amazing, very kind and helpful.

Bathroom was a bit old style and crampy

Hotel is very close to one of the main metro station (walking distance), in a quiet area, so perfect for short stays. Buffet breakfast was served perfectly on time and that was perfect for rushy travellers like us! Staff was very nice and accommodating any request.

Not so much noise isolation in the room. Main door was thin and all noise from corridors and next room (family with kids) was feeling like we had it inside our room.

Breakfast was ok. Too much sugar pastry (sweet croissants mostly), not too many other options. It was tasty but people that prefer other breakfasts than sweet things, wouldn't be happy.

The lift was quite difficult to use and very small so we mostly took the stairs. This might be a consideration for some people. The bathroom has a few things broken in it like the toilet roll holder and the drain plug. We had to ask for new towels and there wasn't a blanket or blanket cover on the beds.

The breakfast was good and included a barista coffee. The staff were helpful and organised a taxi and a takeaway breakfast for us when we had an early flight out. The rooms were clean and the location was great close to the metro and it was easy to walk to the Cit Turin region.

What can I say about this hotel. Fantastico. I spent a long time researching accommodation in Turin as a solo traveller. I'm so glad I decided on Hotel Tourist. The breakfast was simple and fresh. The staff were so helpful. The room was beautiful, definitely exceeded expectations. Loved the bathroom and hot shower. Sheets were changed daily as were the towels. A hairdryer is available The small balcony is perfect for a breath of air. Travel to Turin centre couldn't be easier. Less than 10 minutes on the Benggassi metro line which I found to be reliable and very safe. I will definitely return to Hotel Tourist on my next visit.

There was some noise from neighbours room - what is it about hotel guests that seem to love to drag all the furniture around? and some planes going over quite loud. Didn't expect a good view out of window, so I was not personally disappointed in the view of backs of apartments, (which was quite interesting in a way), but might be a disappointment for others with higher expectations.

Staff were great and accommodating. The room and bathroom was spacious. We had a back room so very quiet in terms of traffic. Close to metro, but probably could have walked to centre in 40 mins or so. The best part of the stay was the breakfast, as wasn't expecting much and it was in fact very good. We also booked a parking place which was very convenient. All in all fine for a one night stopover. Great value for the money we paid.
