The view from the balcony on the sea view room was wonderful. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. The staff were super friendly and nice and it was a 5 minute walk from the main street

A decent breakfast but same selection every day, even 2 kinds of fruits and homemade cakes were the same every day (4 mornings). Not the slightest change.

Nice location, big room and bathroom, very nice seaview from out room,clean, very friendly stuff. Next to the beach. Easy to get everywhere. If we visit Venice again, we will choose the same hotel again.

The walls are extremely thin in the hotel, which lead to us being able to hear literally anyone walking above us and the people in the room next to us which felt extremely annoying. On top of that, we felt like we were put in a back room that we accessed through what felt like a staff's passageway (massive piles of towels on the floor and cleaning carts abandoned in the hallways) Also to note that it's not the hotels fault in the slightest however there is a €9.50 charge per person on the "water bus" tickets which you will need to buy to get from and to lido each time you visit venice which can be extremely inconvenience.

The hotel itself is a nice stay. It's a nice location if you're planning on staying in Lido, and the room itself doesn't feel small and was regularly cleaned and re-stocked, which was greatly appreciated. This place would be nice to stay in in the summer as it is right by the beach.

We were slightly out of season and the air conditioning wasn't on in our room. The area at the end of the road looked a bit run down but we would happily visit again.

The staff were really helpful, there is a lovely roof terrace with wonderful views. The room was clean and comfortable. The sandy beach is a 2 minute walk away and there is a beach cafe within about a 10 min walk. Venice Lido is very easily accessible using the vaporetto.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good and restaurant as well. The family apartment for 5 people is superb. Tha vies from both that room and the double room with sea view are great. Comfortable beds.

Desserts were just ok. Restaurant service efficient but not particularly friendly. Perhaps due to language barrier only.

Reception team very friendly. Bed comfortable and room very clean. This is my priority. Restaurant food mains were very good.

Hotel is located on the Lido, very peaceful and just a 15 minute walk to ferry. Ferrys to St Marks square are frequent and take 15-20 minutes Hotel is opposite nice sandy beach and sea, ideal in the summer.. Staff were very pkeasant

For the time(2nd Nov) it was not even too cold on a rainy night, however the AC were off due to the 'season' - there is no way to turn it on even after request.

Breakfast was wonderful with good spread buffet. Well maintained restaurant and staff were really professional. Check in and check out was swift and they were quite busy for the time. We reached the hotel quite late due to flight delays and just stayed for the night. Great sea view room. If you are looking to do something in Lido island only then you should book this otherwise end up paying for the ferry as well which adds up to a huge cost.

Not all the hotel stuff on the speaks English in case you need help with the safe for example . If you go for the beach and not only the Venetian attractions the hotel is perfect. It takes 15-20 min walk to Vaporetto or by bus, and 20 min more to Saint Marcos Square plus the wait for it, being this hotel the last bus stop. Bring always your electrical stuff to charge the phone as no usb ports on the room.

Excellent location across from the beach. Hotel has a nice feeling to it. Our room was a little dated but very clean and we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was ok, but served in a dining room with a nice outlook over the beach. Staff were really helpful and went out of their way to be helpful. Overall the hotel was good value for money in a good location. I would stay again.

The breakfast was disappointing so we ate out all the time. Our room was on the annex which was great but no WiFi there at all.

The location was great. Right opposite the beach and the bus stop that took us all over lido.
