We would definitely recommend and return, hopefully this time with a good breakfast.

The only complaint was la colazione! A disappointment, not much choice and the pasties were not great, the lady on duty did not seem very engaged, but maybe not a good day. If the breakfast had been as good as the rest of the hotel, this would have been a 5 star revue!

Perfect for our needs and very convenient for the city and the airport. Well run and clean functional rooms with a large garden. The staff were very accomodating and helpful and recommended a lovely local restaurant for a late dinner - Taverna Luciana.

Best hotel in Naples, don't stay anywhere else!

    • Junior Suite with Terrace
    • Stayed 1 night

It was a pity the terrace had a solid plastic builder's curtain blocking the view and ruining the ambience of the outside area. Also very bright outdoor lights and walls that don't go to the ceiling on the terrace again ruined ambience and meant that we had to put up with the smoker next door.

The room was absolutely beautiful and the addition of a terrace with a spa was divine. The property felt very secure. The breakfast was next level...extremely generous buffet, just gorgeous. Bed was so comfortable!

The parking spots where quite few and tight, but there isn`t really much space to make a parking lot there indeed. The suroundings aren`t quite what you expect, but that`s Napoli.

The room was as described, the staff was very very helpful and nice, thank you for all the help and suggestions, we had a nice overnight stay.

Fine for one night, but a little over-priced for what we got.

    • Suite with Sauna
    • Stayed 1 night

The room was quite tight for space, given that we paid for a suite. The conservatory area with the hot tub and sauna was disappointing. It was big, but was very hot because of the glass roof.

The breakfast was fine, and the beds were really comfy. The room was spotless and the selection of toiletries offered in the bathroom was really good. The staff on reception were consistently polite, friendly and helpful.

Small plumbing issues - a bit leaky hot tub in the room, took a while in the morning for the hot water to flow, however nothing serious.

Nice, clean, good location - close to the centre, yet in a quiter part of town. Pleasant garden, great breakfast. Staff was very heplful and spoke fluent English, the hotel had a great vibe.

The hotel is a little far from the main tourist attraction, so I recommend you take a bus. I do not recommend you drive a car in Naples.

    Parking is free.

Last night, air conditioning was not making room cold enough. It was still comfortable though.

Location close to restaurants, few minutes from tourist sites and bus station. Also, super markets, pharmacy and bakery nearby. Davide (reception) spoke excellent Urdu/Hindi. He really surprised us with language skills and we spent many minutes talking to him. He also ordered us a very good local pizza (fried and others). The staff was overall very helpful and cooperative.

The area is not great and you need to taxi to go anywhere, unless you want to walk 20 minutes.

It is a nice traditional Italian hotel, Good spacious room, with jacuzzi bath. Unfortunately we had two nights without air con, They offered alternative rooms, but they were inferior, so had a fan. The last night air con was restored. Very busy city with cars and many motor bikes, lots of tired buildings and graffiti, but once you get into the spirit, then you realise that that makes the city, a very vibrant place with lovely people Mitchela on reception was lovely

No communal area to relax the bar service is a nice touch, but there was no seating area. Disappointing that the garden area was undergoing maintenance during hot weather. Finally Breakfast selection was poor.

Would have LOVED to have working A/C but it wasn't anyone's fault and they bent over backwards to try and fix it. They would have upgraded our room for free but the hotel was entirely booked!

Fernandina at the front desk was absolutely fantastic - she got us all checked in and gave us great suggestions as to what to check out in the neighborhood, as well as maps to the city. The entire staff was amazing and so friendly - especially the night clerk, whose name we did not catch but he as black and silver hair in a pony tail, punk vibes and silver earrings. He helped us out because our air conditioning was not working, and did absolutely everything within his power to help. Everyone speaks near-perfect English and encouraged us to check out the gorgeous gardens, and a 300-year old tree on property. The view of Naples from the garden is stunning, and we really enjoyed the hot tub on our room's patio. Breathtaking spiral marble staircase, DELICIOUS breakfast with on-demand macchiatos, lattes, Americanos, etc. made by a friendly server who moves around like a silent perfect hummingbird refilling pastry trays and juices. We LOVED this place and the entire vibe. Free parking is a godsend, too. Especially in Naples!

Breakfast was not worth it and there were too many fruit flies.

It is a historical building. Poet Giacomo Leopardi lived there. There is a beautiful garden. It has a lift and a good ramp to get to it. The front desk personnel was very polite, kind, and helpful.
