We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomIt was very noisy with doors slamming continously all through out the night even at 2am and 3 am. The bed cover was ripped through showing the foam inside the bed. The booking.com facilities had an icon of a little man having a shower for bathroom so it seemed to imply that there was a communal bathroom with a shower but there was actually only the airport toilets which were not even very close to the pods if you needed the bathroom in the night. There was no blanket; it seemed there were little blankets in a box on the outside of the pods but there weren't obvious instructions of how to get the blanket before you went in. It was a lot smaller than the photos made it seem making repacking bags difficult. I would have rather walked 1/2km to a nicer hotel and have paid a bit more for an actual room in retrospect and got some decent sleep.

RomaniaSound isolation is bad: everyone arrives at what hour they want and you can hear everything(i think the main culprit are the doors, they should have some rubber linning so they close right). One guy arrived exactly after i fell asleep and code for capsule was not working. He mistake my door for his. After he finally entered he had to loudly tell the story on phone and wouldn’t shut up untill told. It left me a huge headache. Bed is very uncomfortable(worse then the ones in trains). It is a shame because the idea is very good if sound isolation would be better and the bed comfortable. Ultmatelly it is because of the other people in the other pods that i give the bad notes, maybe they should emphasys more that people should be quiet once inside the ods area.

ThailandYou can hear everything from other pods... phonecalls and general talk goes right through. Expected people to be quite during night time... but this was not the case and people were talking on their phones inside the pods rather than outside in the airport which made it really hard to get some sleep during the call time. Was a bit too hot even with ventilation. Sheet on bed was too small.
Location was good. Check-in was easy and fast. Seemed clean.

United KingdomNoise was really obvious, not properly sound proofed. Advertised as having bathroom facilities but I couldn’t locate a bathroom anywhere near by. No bed sheet on the bed. For the price I paid I hoped there would have been a bed sheet and proper pillow.
Location very useful, was difficult to find as it was closer to the departures area area not arrivals. Had to speak to security guard to be let through.

SwedenNot so comfortable beds: gum mattres with a "roll" paper blanket which does not cover all the width. Not impressive cleanliness. Bathrooms are the same all other airport visitors use. Price is quite high for what you get IMHO.
security: nobody kan enter the capsule area apart from registered guests. Good to be able to regulate ventilation and light. Great not to need to get out of the airport to go to sleep when you are tired.
