Everything was perfectly acceptable!

It was a great location, very close to the train station and able to get to many great sights with ease. Breakfast was good, room was probably the largest out of the rooms I stayed in on my trip to Japan. Staff were friendly and helpful, and patient with my Japanese not being great.

At breakfast I was surprised by the creativity with the smoothies Many laundromats. The hotel was within a very short distance to the railway and bus station. And very good value for money in comparison to Tokyo for the same standards.

The hotel is really budget friendly. The staff assisted us when we asked about the parking lot. It was easy to locate the it and got discount. We paid only 750 yen parking fee for overnight stay.

The location is near the places that we visited, thus we had enough time to have breakfast at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was really good. There were a lot of selections. The bathroom is also clean and doesn't smell bad.

The room with 1 double bed for 2 people was very small. It felt cramped for space.. probably have a few more options for vegetarians? It's a big ask for Japan but just a suggestion!

Facilities were great. Breakfast spread was very nice, with typical Japanese food and some options for continental cuisine. The room with 2 double beds was comfortable for 3 people. Bathtub was slightly bigger compared to other hotels, nice warm water.

Since we're muslim, our breakfast menu quite limited. So, everyday we only had same menu (scramble egg, salad, bread), for 5 days stayed with same menu will make you boring. Perhaps management can consider to have more variety of vegetarian menu (but if possible hotel to make arrangement for halal menu - with extra charges also can be considered) for people like us.

Most of the staff were very friendly and polite.

The breakfast was delicious and varied between days. The location of the motel is great as it is very close to Hamamatsu Station and the shopping area!

The free breakfast is served in the very pleasant 1st floor cafe area. The selection of foods is more than adequate and the staff are very obliging.

The room and the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, as some dust in the bed and corners.

The room is pretty big for Japanese standards. The staff was really friendly and explained everything kindly. Eventhough the breakfast buffet wasnt really to my taste, it is a great free option and there are also free drinks served from 14-24. The library is really cute too.

Can add some more options like Bacons, boiled egg specially for foreigners. Also if more cycles available, it was better for a group of people to hang out. I feel wieging machine also required in each room

A little dusty behind the tv and inside of the shelf where the pot and hair driers are. There was molds around the bath tub. ( But the floor was clean!!!)
