Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Perfect location to the train and the shopping centre across the road. The breakfast was really good but some of the dishes weren’t hot.

MalaysiaThe shower arrangement was not particularly well setup for those used to a dry bathroom and would have benefitted from a shower head holder over the bath. A 3rd pillow in the cupboard would have been very welcome.
Access to train and airport was superb. Plenty of nearby restaurants, shops and cafes. Car parking next door was helpful after picking up a hire car. Breakfast was fine.

Perfect location right need to Chitose station -a 10 min train ride to new Chitose international airport, and 30 min train to Sapporo. Aron department store and supermarket right across the road. Our family room was perfect for the 5 of us. Breakfast was simple, tasty and hearty. Parking onsite.
