Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

KyrgyzstanThe doors are quite tiny, but it was quite in general. Maybe the first impression of the entrance a bit confusing and thanks the door was open when I arrived otherwise I wouldn't know how to enter. With the time you get used to it and all you need during the short stay is a bad and shower. Strange that they cleaned the room only after the first day, all other days it wasn't cleaned. So no shower gel and shampoo, but you could ask for it.
I liked the location it's right near the mall and some famous locations. The room in general simple and clean. No refrigerator.

The room was small, but clean, warm and cozy. And I want to specifically say that it was the best blanket of my life. Never slept better)

Russianoise isolation isn't very good, but from my experience it's like this in many places, so earplugs will be handy. I can't stand noisy places, but there I had a good sleep each night. also I have headaches if it's stuffy, so I came up with this method for the night: air the room, close all the windows, cool it, turn on the fan mode during the night so that it's not that stuffy but quite cool and there isnt any noise from the street
price and offer is amazing. personal bathroom, a/c, safe area, location, great bed ( i have some issues with it so I was too peaky), free and safe parking. and i also wanna thank the stuff for my stay.

It is a nice place to land while in Astana. It is small and simple but very cozy, has everything You need, speedy wi-fi, great location, quiet and restful. Only good things to be said about it. I liked everything about it. The staff is very helpful and welcoming.

The room was cozy and clean, private bathroom, everyday cleaning and great host and housekeeper. All promises were decided in a shortest period. Location is also good, quiet place is perfect to have a good nap. There are lots of shopping malls nearby, with good breakfasts and lunches.
