There was a confusion with the airport pickup, maybe because our flight got delayed.

The breakfast was great, bed was very comfortable, room was really clean. The staff was very polite, friendly, always ready to help. The check-in was very quick. Good toiletries provided.

The prices are very high in my opinion. Since I often fly around the countries. I would compare the prices for accommodation in Germany, France. But. Everything in the hotel was thought out to the smallest detail. Of course, there are some minor flaws in the shower rooms. But this is not critical.

The staff is very polite, friendly, always ready to help and advise. All the questions that were, did not remain unanswered. Always went to meet the client. The girl working in the cafe at the hotel was always helpful, smiling and attentive. We planned to stay for one day, but in the end stayed for three days. Next time when I am in your city I will definitely come to you and I really hope the entire staff will be in the same composition. You are great.

The air conditioning in my room was loud, which affected my sleep, but I am a lite sleeper.

My suite was spacious clean and well maintained. The hotel was very central to allow walking to most places I wanted to get to. The staff were helpful but not very intuitive which I put down to cultural differences.

Great Hotel, Great and smiling Staff, good view, especially if you are at upper floors. Also nice view of passer buys and road, if you are at lower floors. Nice and comfortable bed, clean bathrooom. Ample toiletries provided. And great morning Buffet. My 9/10 rating.

Everything was okay.

The staff spoke english and they were friendly, the reception was open 24/7 which was very helpful as we arrived late at night. The room was clean and breakfast was okay.

There’s nothing I didn’t like about the property. Just one suggestion that they can add more of vegetarian, vegan options too in their food menu specially breakfast.

There was nothing negative during our entire stay

While we were booking, we were in a dilemma, reading mixed reviews on booking.com, so we booked for only 2 nights. However on reaching the Hotel we found out it was the best option. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Sayyed the staff at the reception, offered to take care of our luggage as we were a few hours before check-in time. We had the option to pay by card or cash. We stayed at 805, the room was wonderful and all the amenities were provided. Bath robe, slippers, ironing board and iron box. Vanity kit, dental kit, comb, shaving kit, bath towels, hand towels, tea, coffee, kettle for hot water. Even the breakfast buffet was great 😃 no complaints at all. The food was lovely and the staff were very helpful. Being highly satisfied with the hotel and its comfort we decided to extend the stay. That too was done effortlessly. Overall we were more than satisfied and will recommend the Resident City Hotel to anyone and everyone. I don't know the reason for so many mixed reviews, but I feel sad that I can give them only 10 where I am willing to give them 100 points. One more thing I forgot to mention was we had free access to the fitness spa and sauna too. Just had to make a booking through the reception.
