We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Served it's purpose, no frills stay for two nights. Decent shower, bed was ok. Breakfast was included and although it wasn't a big selection, it was enough to put you on until you'd gone into town. The restaurant downstairs was very nice and I certainly enjoyed an evening meal here, the staff here and at the hotel were friendly.

NetherlandsVery basic breakfast, we expected it to be like the normal restaurant standards, unfortunately there was only one to two types of bread, some coffee no tea, boiled eggs were cold, no fresh fruits available. Overall breakfast can be improved by a lot. There are no lift facilities so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. At night it was very noisy and made it hard to sleep. The room had very few power sockets.
