The location was perfect. The breakfast was delicious and the decor was spectacular. I would absolutely go there again! Be sure to request a softer bed (ours was a little hard but I know they have room with softer beds)

The cost was a bit on the high side and the television didn’t work consistently. But aside from those points, nothing but praise.

This is a very nice refurbished property. It is inside the walls and easy to access from the Supratours bus station. The staff was outstanding with special acknowledgement of Samir’s, Gregui and Hickam. The breakfasts were excellent as well as the restaurant recommendations.

This hotel is exceptional. My room was amazing - wooden hand made furniture and a fireplace. Ideally clean. Nespresso coffe machine. Rooftop has an amazing view and the inside of the hotel is very charming. People working at the hotel are just incredible! So friendly, positive and really caring to make your stay comfortable. I am really thankful to them for making my stay so special. One of my best hotel experiences ever.

Excellent location within the Medina but far enough back from the Souks to be quiet. The staff is excellent, patient and attentive, they were great with recommendations, service and generally accommodation our group of 7.

Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Gorgeous room on top floor with spectacular views of the Medina. Large sunken bathtub decorated with petals and with bath salts. Felt like a honeymoon! Delicious breakfast in beautiful restaurant.

I have to admit nothing, this is quite rare. Could not stress this more in a time over many overrated places. Definitely a place we will go back would pass by again.

We really liked the place, service was outstanding and friendly. A bit more expensive than other places but well worth it. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The location in the Medina is optimal and easy to access.

Stayed 1 night and wished we could have stayed longer. Staff was very welcoming and welcomed us with piping hot mint tea and snacks while we we waited for the room to be ready. 5-10 minute walk from the bus station. Room was very clean with huge mirrors and full length mirror (which my partner loved). Bed was comfortable and there was even a fireplace in our room. Some of the windows were facing the inner courtyard but we really didn't hear much noise as the place was mainly quiet. The only odd thing about our specific room's set up was that the entrance door came into the bathroom area and the only thing separating the bathtub and toilet area from the rest of the room was a curtain but it didn't bother us. One of the best riad breakfasts I've had during my entire trip in Morocco. Riad is within walking distance to everything in Essaouira. They even held our luggage after check out so that we could see the city while we waited for our late afternoon bus. Excellent value for the price; would strongly recommend staying here.

The staff treated us like family and were very friendly and outgoing and did small things that went a big way (e.g., suggested making a fire for us in our room at night with some tea). Also, the roof top terrace is perfect for relaxing and enjoying a soak in the hot tub!

We left some biscuits out in the room and were surprised to find that it had attracted some ants, so just be mindful not to leave uncovered food out during your stay. However this did not impact our enjoyment of our stay or the hotel which was very pro and spotlessly clean.

We got the suite which was one of the most beautiful rooms that I ever stayed in! Windows everywhere which allow you to see the whole city and Essaouira's magical light. The sunset was out of this world which you can watch from the terrace and even the bath. The staff were extremely kind and we really enjoyed chatting with them. Wonderful generous breakfast. We thought it was great value for money. This hotel particularly our room was one of the highlights of our Morocco trip.

Everything was perfect. The stuff was very helpful, they prepared the jacuzzi for us and always tried to make us feel like home. The breakfast was delicious and included also salty version (eggs), which was sometimes hard to find in other riads.

Centrally located, pretty and well looked after traditional Riad. Nice attention to detail. The staff were very friendly and happy to provide recommendations for things to do. Good breakfast - coffee, tea, orange juice, various bread and pastries with jam, honey etc, fresh fruit and eggs made to order.
