The hospitality of Ali is amazing and the cleaning lady is really kind. Breakfast was also good A really good location, 10 mn walk to Jema We had air con at the room which perfect. I loved to walk outside the Riad and meet the local.

Amazing people, great service. Mohammed Ali was extremely kind and such a caring person to attend to our needs. The hostel is also located in a beautiful old house with a fantastic terrace on the roof.

Such an Amazing place, calm and clean. We'll received and welcomed. A tasty breakfast included with the hostel guests, Having some good conversations and meeting some amazing people. Also a calm rooftop by night where you can take some rest and smell some air under the stars. Also I had the possibility to print my boarding pass at anytime, and I did it just 4hours before my flight thanks to the honorable young man "Moha" (Mohamed Ali)

Muhammad, the host, is the best host I've ever had at any hostel and I've stayed at a lot of hostels. This guy made you feel like his family. He was always really helpful and worked so hard to make sure the place was clean and comfortable. He personally cleans the place himself every day and makes everyone a free breakfast in the morning. Again, the breakfast was the best I've had at a hostel in Morocco. The terrace was super nice at this place. Very good place to relax. If you're staying in Marrakech, stay here. Don't go anywhere else. I've stayed elsewhere in Marrakech and nobody hosts you as well as Muhammad.

Hostel Jad Ziad is such a wonderful place! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The staff 'Mohammed Ali & Soufiane' were incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with a smile. The atmosphere was welcoming and made me feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place to stay!

The fact that they charge more for late check in during the night and that the city tax is not equal for everybody or I just don’t know the reason for paying more than other guests.

The hosts were always available. The location was nice, close to the Medina and the breakfast was fine.

Solo traveler and was comfortable in the all girls dormitory. The rooftop is a great place to unwind and watch the sunset. I only stayed for one night, but still enjoyed my stay.

The airco could be cooler.

The breakfast was good, eggs bread jam etcetera, not luxe but good. The location was about 12-15 minutes walk from the big square. the people were nice, even if I came late at night was no problem. The airco could be more cold, because it was 43 degrees outside airco was needed. thank you all personal.

I had an excellent stay at Riad Hostel Jad Ziad, located in the heart of Marrakech. There's a cheap and delicious pizza store right in front of the hostel if you get hungry, and it's close to Jamaa el Fnaa Square, where you can explore many stores selling traditional Moroccan clothes and souvenirs…etc. The hostel is very clean, organized, and smells good. Soufian, Jamila, and Ali really take care of this gem; they are incredibly nice, kind, and attentive staff. Breakfast was good, and the rooftop has amazing vibes and is very cozy. The guests are friendly and kind, the welcoming staff made me feel right at home, i cook my lunch in the kitchen, i got fresh shower, excellent customer service … Highly recommended!

It is not as luxurious as some places in the city but the beds are comfy and it is lovely and clean and friendly. If you are exploring the city it is a great spot

It was in a great location, the people running the Riad were really welcoming and managed to check us in a little early. The room was just what we needed and the roof terrace was lovely. It was about a 10 min walk to the main square and easy reach of shops and restaurants. Breakfast was lovely in the morning so fresh. I would stay here again if I were to return.

I loved everything!

First of all, the place was amazing; it felt so comfortable and safe, with a homely vibe that made me feel at ease during my stay. Next, it was extremely clean - from the toilets to the shower rooms to the bedrooms, which have AC units and lockers. The stay was super affordable and worth every penny (or dirham, in this case). This cozy Riad also had an amazing terrace, giving me a refreshing and authentic sense of Morocco. The location was literally connected to Jemaa El-Fna, and it was a 15-minute walk to the center square, conveniently close to all main attractions. The best part was the hosts, who were so amicable, considerate, and helpful - I felt like I was visiting family during my stay. They went above and beyond to provide the best experience for their guests. The two hosts are great! They even helped me wash my clothes and made me breakfast - what hostel makes you a great egg omelette, pancakes, and fresh fruit, and serves it with a cup of tea? They do! The host woke up early, made food from scratch, and sat with his guests to chat, keeping the conversation quiet to not wake up other guests. I'm beyond pleased with this stay! Thank you to both hosts for making Morocco a great stay! Gracias, mi estadía fue de lo mejor! 🫶"

Besides the internet here and there, everything was amazing.

Breakfast was very big and diverse. The best part was the staff! Location is also very good. You have to buy pizza from Tarik, it is like 10 meters from the entry.
