We really liked the riad, which is located in a secured residency nit far feom the medina. In the residency there are also Cafes, restaurants and shops. The last one is also open late. The riad is really beautiful and looked just like the pictures. The rooftop offers a nice place to chill. Our host was the best. He did a personal check-in and check-out even though it was really late. He was always available by whatsapp and helped us with everything. Thank you! Can recommend this stay. Depending on the months, there is also a pool at the residency, which can be used.

No complaints but we couldn’t work the tv. Just unfamiliar with it and it didnt bother us enough to bother the host.

The riad was in a lovely location. The secure compound was clean, quiet and leafy. The medina is a short walk away and you will walk a lot in Marrakesh. But you can relax with safe free parking included inside the compound. The host was excellent communicating and checking in with us. His resources showing us how to find the riad were the best of our entire 3 weeks in Morocco. The riad had lots of space so we could spread out and relax. There was ample hot water, the hob, wifi and the washing machine worked.

Some problems with water taps, but it s absolutely nothing comparing with all bonuses.

The apartamenti is stunning. There is everything for living. Good WiFi, kitchen., terase on the roof. Free parking and swimming pool. Everything was very clean. Many thanks to Gorran for good and usefull advices.. I definetly recommend this apartament.

The Host - Jallal is just incredible ;) - great contact with all details prior to arrival, an exceptional smile, and a good mood welcoming us in Marrakesh, but also checking if all was OK during our stay (we had 2 nights stay in Riad Nour)! Riad is very well located - within walking distance to the medina /giving the possibility to watch the daily life of Marrakesh, i.e. to walk and talk to the kids going to school .... Safe, clean, and comfortable. Parking on-site if you have a car. All you need for a good vacation. Highly recommended!

I liked the fact that space is closed, which means only residents can access to the area, it was super safe and no one can enter without a security check, that was the most important thing In addition, the stay itself is spacious, with all facilities needed

Excellent host, very welcoming and friendly, Jalal was in contact with us throughout our stay, in case we need anything. The place is nice and clean, all the facilities are only a few steps from the house,, mosque, shops, coffee shops and 3 pools for all age groups, and security 24/7 He also recommended places to us to go and visit. Highly recommended, and we will definitely go back again

The house was very clean and enjoyable, while the owner was always available and promptly answered all our enquiries (communicating via WhatsApp in our case). The neighbourhood is safe for families, located in a "gated community" (using US terminology) with security at the entrance of the residential community, and there are two restaurants (the one closest to the exit of the neighbourhood being the best of the two), two small stores and a pharmacy in very close proximity. I would definitely recommend this location without hesitation.

The showers could do with updating.

Located in a very nice secure residence with most facilities available in the residence. Shops,restaurants barbers etc. Host was very helpful and friendly. If there were any issues he resolved them immediately. Would stay there again.

only thing was that in the evening there was enough hot water to take bath, but in the morning it was back✨

it was super clean and comfortable! We all had the best sleep in Riad Nour:) beds were super soft..🤩 Host was super helpful and made our check-in and check-out super smooth! Also interior was really beautiful.

I had some issues on the first day when arrived to the property. However, the host was able to send a person the next morning and fix it. I really appreciated. A printer at home or advising on the price to print in the near shop (2eur/page) would be useful to know in advance so if you have a Ryanair ticket you can print on a cyber somewhere else. Overall it was ok and I value the help of the host.

Host was very responsive and willing to help with the problems we found. He is a great host.
