Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesIt was perfect!
This riad was absolutely gorgeous, VERY well kept, and full of character. The location was perfect: right in the middle of the Medina, but tucked away into a hidden back alley so everything was peaceful and quiet. Breakfast on the terrace was delicious. Our hosts were very kind and accommodating. Hamsa even met us late at night in the Medina to walk us to the riad after a long flight, and met us early in the morning before our departure into the desert to give us fruit for the road. We stayed in many riads in Morocco but this one was by far the best. Cannot recommend it enough!

United StatesRiads in the older parts of Marrakesh can have water issues but this was not unique to this riad only as the next riad I checked into had the same problem.
The staff were so kind, helpful and accommodating. They truly went above and beyond to make my stay great. The rooftop breakfast was very tasty and the whole riad was beautifully authentic and filled with fragrant incense.

United KingdomThe surrounding area and no access with car to the Riad., very narrow streets. No coffee or teas replacement after the first day and no water. The owner supplied with bottles of water without a charge but we were unexpectedly asked to pay for last two bottles by another member of family. Very confusing.
Very friendly staff, nicely decorated rooms, lovely terrace with loungers, nice breakfast. The owner was very helpful, even organised taxi for us and help us to print flight tickets.

CanadaThere is a friendly do. So if one cynophobic, then it is something to be aware of. The staff made extra efforts to make my stay comfortable, but this is something to be aware of.
A very tastefully done property. The location a bit hard to find the first time, but they share instructions which are user friendly. The staff at the property is fantastic. The breakfast is great

A truly beautiful Riad in the heart of Marrakech! We had been put in another Riad that was dark, dingy and dirty but Riad Rabahsadia was perfect! It offers old world charm, Moroccan design and best of all it looks and is in excellent condition!

Czech RepublicGlass doors, and the only way to get air into the room was through a window, that didnt have any coverage so if you open it, everybody can see in your room. Shower water got cold really fast. There was a water leak in the bathroom ceiling and pieces of the ceiling were falling down on our sink. Its in the middle of an area under construction so outside of the riad is a lot of dust and trash.
very sweet, fun and welcoming employees, always ready for anything that we asked or needed. riad was very clean and smelled so nice. beautiful terasse and tasty breakfast. spacious bathroom.

We can easily walk to the Place Jamaa el Fna from the Riad. I was happy with all the services. I highly recommend

United KingdomIt's quite a maze to find it, so get help on your first time.
We only stayed for two nights, but in one of the two rooms on the top (3rd) floor. We could walk out directly onto a beautiful sitting and dining area with some shade or go up another short flight to a set of sunbeds. The lobby is gorgeous and the staff very friendly and accommodating. One even rushed to bring us plates and cutlery for the takeaway food we brought in! Wifi was solid, beds were really comfy, and the shower was immense. Local restaurant M Bacha was one of our favorite meals of the week.

United KingdomNothing we didn’t like, although we’d recommend researching the route to the Riad first if you’re coming in late as the streets can be confusing at first.
We cannot recommend this Riad highly enough. The Riad is family-run and every single member is incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely, spacious, stunning, and authentic for two with a beautiful traditional en-suite. The room was cleaned every day while we were out exploring. The whole Riad is beautiful, with the rooftop a standout feature where you can relax and see the Marrakech skyline. We were treated to an exceptional, traditional breakfast every morning, and the Riad helped book us on to an excursion out to Ourika Valley. As I say, we cannot recommend staying here highly enough if you’re travelling to Marrakech.

We have met 2 brothers, they are all super friendly and welcoming to us although the first night we have arrived at almost 11:00 pm, Hali printed off the map for us and show us the places to visit etc. Anyways, if I ever come back to Marrakesh I will undoubtedly chose to stay here again.

United KingdomIt was rather hard to find from Bab Doukkala direction. Relying on Google maps got me lost because it looks like you can just turn second right from Doukkala street (the main street) but in fact that's a dead end. A kind local showed me the way - taking the next (much further) turn right and then right again and through tiny tiny alleys. I'd have never found it on my own. The riad does provide a good map on how to get out again!
It's beautiful inside in a very natural and cool way. Bottle of water was nice, on arrival. Lovely room facing into courtyard as often in riads. Nice traditional-style shower. Friendly hosts. Great breakfast up on (nearly) the top floor - coffee, hot milk, and cooked and served there and then: omelette, pancake and thick-pancake-cake-bread thing (?). plus fresh proper orange juice an fruit salad and bread and butter etc. Top floor has sunbeds. Lots of nice nooks all over the place.

NetherlandsRiad's employees were very attentive and nice. I was especially happy for their suggested authentic hammam, which was exact experience I was looking for. Everything I needed was arranged. The riad is a short walk from medina/souks and I also walked till Jardin Majorelle. Riad is tucked away from a busy street but GPS worked perfectly and I was able to find it using offline map easily. The area was also safe, also when returning late. Good brekfast, wifi worked well too.
