The water in the toilet was constantly running so needed to close it in order to be able to sleep. Heard the same from the neighbors room. I am a light sleeper though.

The room has no soundproofing - it is directly off the hallway/courtyard and you can hear everything and everyone can hear you. The worst was that even though the room was smokefree, people could smoke in this courtyard right outside and it smelled strongly in the room. The bed was also extremely hard.

Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was great! And they accommodated me being vegetarian. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was an extremely central location. The rooms were cleaned and beds made daily.

It was cold and the AC didn't work.

The guy who greeted us was super nice and helped us with getting a SIM card! The breakfast was very nice and fresh. The taxi was waiting for us at the airport on time and getting to the riad was very smooth.

Despite booking a transfer there was no one waiting for us at the airport. One of the other drivers kindly called the road when we approached them after about 45 mins of waiting. After some time in morocco I now know we paid well over the odds for the two taxis organised by the riad.

Lovely breakfast did their best to make it meat and dairy free. Very helpful when we arrived without cash. Very well kept room. Quiet given how close to the main square.

This was not our typical riad experience, but I still recommend! This riad works in partner with another riad next door and shares the staff. This is not a problem, they make it very easy, but please don't be confused when the porter brings you to a different location (next door). It is only a short 1min walk between the 2 locations down a quiet alley-very easy! You must go there for check-in & breakfast. You can use their common space and fast internet too (it is not great at Venezia). NOTE: Our 2 rooms (first floor) did not have windows to the exterior of the building (which helps keep rooms quiet at night). Neither locations have a great roof views, but there is outside sitting space.

If you want something quiet and private this riad is it! The rooms are beautiful. It appears newly renovated. Everything is very clean. Daily cleaning service proivided. Photos are accurate. The location is WONDERFUL! We were able to walk to all the museum and dinner easily and it was very quiet. The staff is super helpful, attentive, and they reply fast--they work hard! There is a good breakfast (eggs!). Loved how much privacy and how quiet our building was.

Our room was on the ground floor which didn’t make the stay very comfortable. We could hear everything that happened at the reception and in the room across ours and heard people talk as if they were sitting on our bed.

The room and bathroom were very pretty. The staff was kind and the breakfast was nice.
