The food options at the hotel are very limited, and exactly same breakfast all days , no variety. The vibe of a good hotel is missing in this, the lighting in the room is so dull. The pool area can be pumped up with music

Location is excellent, largely everything is accessible by walk or a quick 50dhirham taxi. The staff is really nice and friendly.

The staff were rude when we arrived. No apology, even though it took 45 mins to check in. There were some helpful and friendly staff, by the pool, night staff, breakfast staff. Room smelt of drains and poor design. Small birds flying into the breakfast area pecking at bread, clearly not ok!

Location. Close to main square and shopping. Pool area is pleasant. Good breakfast selection.

Looking tired and definitely starting to need refurbishment. What you see on booking price is not what you get as they charge in MAD and the convert to dollars so they can pocket the difference.

It would be nice to have some fresh cut fruit in the breakfast. Room furniture could be better designed. Room is big but furniture doesn’t match it. Bedside tables are disappointing. One side has a side table and other just small tin plate where you would not like to keep your belongings, phone etc.

The rooms toward the road side had too much noise even at night time. This disturbs your sleep.

Just needs a hand wash (anti-bacterial) in the bathroom / toilets instead of soap bar. One of the staff was a little cold and lacking kindness or customer service values and another was also moody and not helpful. Generally, staff were not informative about services, facilities or any information available at the hotel even when I asked they seem to be behind with knowledge & efficiency on that. They just took payment on arrival and gave key. They did not give any map, no info about bar, breakfast times, local attractions, tours, Wi-Fi, Restaurant, room service, Spa, gym, swimming pool etc. In general staff lacked knowledge about their local area and Marrakesh as a whole. They even did not know where was good place to go for spa or massage or shopping etc. But I was happy that they gave me late checkout that made a big difference to my stay at the hotel as I don’t like any hotels with morning or early checkout. Hotel was slightly overpriced for a 4 star hotel in January and it was too cold to use their pool which was only outdoors but still it was a good hotel.

Location was very good, had a good size room and at the back of the building with pool view so was very pleasant and quiet. Two of the staff were nice and solved any problems I had, they were helpful and accommodating. I think their names were Mimoun and Imane.

It was a bit old fashioned room and requires some upgrades. Tiles in washroom were old. As it was cold weather according to Marrakech so only heat was centralised and no air conditioning/cold was available. fridge was not working at all. I have booked as it had a pool but unfortunately it was not heated pool so we couldn’t use it at all. They should have a facility to be able to use pool in all seasons.

Location was excellent, easy access to taxis and not far from Medina, I liked the room size. Breakfast was great with fresh croissants though very limited options but better.

Staff were either really kind or not very generous depending on who.

I wasn't personally a fan of the area it was far from anything, you could have been staying in any country. Aside from this I would only say that some of the staff were unhelpful or seemed inconvenienced if you asked to order a drink or food.

The room was lovely and large, beds were comfortable. Pool area is great with the bar and the many lounging areas. Some staff are great.
