The breakfast olives were not good ones. A “no room service required “ sign for the bedrooms would be handy for privacy and to save having to unmake the bed etc each day so it’s usable.

A beautiful, stylish and spacious house with nice terraces and a shaded jacuzzi. The best and simplest room safe I’ve seen and very good and easy to use air conditioning in the bedrooms- handy to block any noise.

Would highly recommend. The owner is very helpful and the location is great. And in better weather the roof terrace would have been perfect for a break away from the hustle and bustle of the medina. Just very friendly and very easy and very safe place to stay.

Excellent location , fantastic hosts & manager, awesome house , this place has everything you would need for an amazing trip to Morocco whilst you base yourself in Marrakesh , this for me is one of the best booking.com finds and stays I’ve had the pleasure to experince. Julien & aisha were very professional, polite and made our welcome to the property very chilled and smooth, there was constant communication between Julien and I . we were greeted to some beautiful Moroccan tea and pastries by aisha and todays breakfast was so tasty. thanks guys , I will be back.

I normally keep my reviews and comments brief, but this property and host deserves more. Behind a discrete door from a non- descript street, was a modern, luxury and thoughtfully laid out townhouse. Every conveniance and gadget required, excellent wi fi , plunge pool and good air conditioning. Very large and comfortable for most size parties with open plan living. As for the host, well was outstanding. From restaurant guides to offer to book and even organise tuk tuk transport there. Responded to all queries almost immediateley in a helpful friendly manner. Street parking outside, was as the Morioccan norm paid. However on stating what had paid, the host immediateley stated was too much and then proceeded to berate the parking attendant into giving me a refund. Breakfast was served as part of the package freshly cooked to order by a loveley lady . She even agreed to come in early 5am!! to accomodate our early flight We stay in at least 20-30 properties a year all over the world and can honestly say this was one of our favourites. Back to one line reviews now !!

Located in a nice and safe environment in the heart of Marrakech, convenient to everywhere you need to go. The spacious living room and kitchen, a lovely terrace decorated in Moroccan style and a rooftop terrace with Jacuzzi! We were very happy with our hammam experience. Julien, our host, was helpful and very friendly and took very kind care of us. Whenever I had a question, he would answer promptly. I recommend this place for everyone!

Beautiful apartment in a great location. The flat is very modern with en-suite bathrooms, beautiful living room and kitchen and a gorgeous view from a terrace. Julien is a wonderful host that was there for us all the time helping with recommendations and advice. Aisha made great breakfast for us and kept the apartment impeccably clean. The kids loved staying there as well and did not want to leave!

Our wonderful roundtrip through Morocco started here in Marrakesh in the beautiful Le 21. Our Super-Host Julien gave us a warm welcome and already helped us with the negotiations with the parking guy on the street. The flat is absolutely perfectly located in the heart of the city (about 15min from the airport) and in footwalk distance to the Koutoubia mosque and the famous Jemaa el-Fnaa square. And even when the trouble of this big city might be a bit overwhelming in the beginning, we can still highly recommend this fantastic appartment where you have enough room to relax over 3 floors and enjoy the view over the city in the whirlpool on the rooftop terrace. In the morning you can start with a delicious Moroccon breakfast, prepared by Aisha and Julien will help you with anything you might need. He helped us to find cash machines and even ordered delicious food for us, that we enjoyed on the terrace. He also helped us to get a mobile Wi-Fi router that we were successfully using everywhere in the following 2 weeks. And even when we already moved on to our next destinations, Julien was always available for us. So all three, Julien, Aisha and also the apartment are 10 out of 10 points… it can’t get any better!

My only comment would be breakfast could have a bit more variation to include fruits or perhaps a few more options. Aside from this, we had a wonderful stay.

I stayed here with family and it was such a fantastic apartment. Each bedroom had an en-suite with clean towels. Julien, our host, was always a message away and happy to help organise excursions and answer any queries. We also had Aisha who would clean and make breakfast everyday. Julien and Aisha are a brilliant team! The apartment also has a beautiful garden that has two floors with a beautiful view of Koutoubia Mosque.

I loved everything.

Our host Julien was the nicest, most helpful host we have every experienced. We have traveled to 7 countries in the last 9 months, and Julien's service nd his accommodations have far exceeded our expectations. Every morning we were greeted by Julien's wonderful and warm hearted assistant Aïcha. She made a delicious breakfast with mint tea. We decided to make last minute plans to go to Marrakesh, being that we didn't have any activites planned, I relyed heavily on Julien's suggestions, and he always delivered a fun filled, safe and unforgettable experience each time. He suggested a luxurious pool day at the Royal Monsieur (worth every penny!), Quad and camel riding near the Atlas Mountains(mesmerizing scenery), numerous dinner suggestions (DarDar was my favorite), and organized a toktok to take us around (traveling with 85 year old grandmother) I can't express enough how grateful we are for Julien's assistance and hosting during our trip. His accommodations are worth every penny, and he and Aïcha's professionalism and are unmatched. I hope we find ourselves back in Marrakech because we will certainly stay at LE 21 again!

Everything was perfect! Outstanding A++++

The house was amazing! My boyfriend and I had the whole property to ourselves. We had the jacuzzi on the roof terrace which was absolutely beautiful and the Hammam downstairs in the house. Everything was perfect! But the best thing about the whole experience was our host Julian! There was nothing he did not do to make us feel comfortable and he even organised our adventure trips for us, he helped us with anything and everything! It truly felt like we had our own personal Genie in Marrakech😍 Julian also arranged for a masseuse to come over the house, we had two hours of pure relaxation and she was the loveliest lady. We felt extremely safe and looked after. Julian went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay ever and we truly did! We are already planning to bring our kids and come back in the summer. Also a special thanks to Aisha who cooked a lovely Tagine for us and cleaned the property every day as well as preparing the yummiest breakfast every morning. We were truly spoilt and were devastated when it was time to go home. My boyfriend and I are genuinely thinking of moving there permanently, that is how outstanding our stay was! Thank you again Julian and Aisha for being the absolute best! We cannot wait to come back!!!

Julian met us at the home. We stayed in touch prior to the arrival and he was very flexible. The home was immaculate. It is two stories- bedrooms are on the first story, living area is on the second. There are 3 beautiful bedrooms with a queen bed and private bath and shower located in each. Each room has air-conditioning. The plumbing is up to date, which was wonderful after 2 weeks spent in small cities and Riads! The second floor is beautiful and consists of a living area with a kitchen, desk with wifi, and two large couches that are large enough to serve as beds. We were not outside much secondary to the heat in August, but the home consists of two patio areas and a hot tub which I look forward to returning to. Julian is a delight to work with. He is very knowledgable of the city and directed us to numerous restaurants and rooftop bars. He also arranged a Hamman for all of our group, which would have been difficult for us to arrange secondary to a language barrier. Julian is also able to arrange guides. I contacted him after 9 o'clock one evening and he was able to arrange for a guide to meet us the next morning. A maid/cook is included in the cost. We had breakfast prepared each morning, and the home was cleaned each day. This was a lovely addition to our stay! The location cannot be beat. We were outside of the mayhem of the Medina but yet within 10 minutes walking distance to all of the craziness. The home is peaceful and very quiet.

Scam artist owner and manager asked for cash on checkout even though I prepaid for the maximum occupancy rate. Maid housekeeper awkwardly watched TV in the living room next to us during and after breakfasts even though we told her we didn't need her services. Made it feel like she was tasked with keeping an eye on us and she was using the apartment as her own. The breakfasts were presented with the most minimal of effort. We ended up cooking our own eggs afterwards for a proper breakfast. Maid damaged a wall entering the apartment then blamed us for it. Maid showed up an hour before checkout and got in the way while we packed even though we requested she not come until after we left. Manager felt a need to video record my family without permission while we were loading our vehicle to leave. Jacuzzi tub was not operational as advertised, could not use. With a new manager and Maid this place could be a win, but at current state I would advise to stay away. Not worth all the hassle that comes from the way this place is managed.
