Our stay at this hotel was fabulous! A real oasis of peace in a very good area, close to ATMs and malls. The services were extraordinary! We sincerely thank the guys at the reception, the waiter, the cleaning girls, the chef and the whole team that works there. Simply wonderful! One of the best hotels I've stayed at. We felt extremely well at this hotel. I recommend with all confidence!

Our stay exceeded expectations and the service we received is the best we have ever experienced, especially from Hicham! He was extremely attentive, quickly noticed what we liked at breakfast/lunches and we can say it wouldn't have been the same stay without him. We were very pleased with our room, it was a great size and the bed was the most comfortable we have stayed in! The Wifi is also the best we've experienced, i understand each room as its own router so you're always in reach of connection. The location was great, only 10 mins from the airport, 5-7 mins in the taxi from some really nice restaurants (or 15-20 min walk) and 10-15 mins taxi to the Medina / Jardin Majorelle. We hope that we have a chance to come back to stay again in the future!

Our recent stay at Hivernage Secret Suites & Garden in Marrakesh was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in the beauty and tranquility of the property. Everything was great but it we had to pick, maybe the breakfast could be a little better but that was just a minor thing.

We had the best stay here. Our room was huge with 2 bathrooms! The pool area was great it never felt too crowded and was clean. The location was perfect for us away from the medina but close enough to walk/get a cheap taxi when we wanted to go into it. There’s a few good restaurants/coffee shops within walking distance and the food in the hotel was also good. It was our 3rd time staying in Marrakech but this hotel was by far the best we have stayed in. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and were always happy to engage in conversation and give tips!

This was my first time staying here but it won't be the last time. It was the perfect landing spot when I first arrived to Marrakech. It's close enough to Gueliz and the medina, but quiet, with space to park a car. The rooms are large and feel private. The pool is refreshing. The food is wonderful. And did I mention the staff? They're the best!

The room, the garden, pool and food were all exceptional. The service by the hotel staff was first class, nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with a smile. A true 5 star experience with spectacular modern rooms and facilities. Staff were amazing as unfortunately I fell very ill and had to extend my stay by 1 day. Staff went out of their way to accommodate and look after me and I can’t thank them enough.
