There’s construction going on around the property so the otherwise great views from the apartments are slightly marred otherwise there is nothing to complain about.

Nice appartment and very kind gentlemen in the agency renting the appartment. Thank you for your service!!! The construction sites around the appartment are quite noisy but of course Budva is happy that new buildings are being built. Most important the people of Montenegro we met are very nice people with a great sense of hospitality and humor.

Badly need better curtains in the rooms, it was so bright in the mornings. I was told at check in that the pool was open and heated, but found pool to be closed when we went.

Great location right on the water, parks close, lots of restaurants right within walking distance. Parking onsite, full kitchen with large fridge, kind staff, restaurant onsite had amazing view. Lots of living space.

The seasonal, outdoor pool is free. But, the indoor panoramic pool costs 10 euro per day, because the spa is a separate entity— even though In Same complex.

The location! We had the 2 bedroom apartment with sea view. LOTS of space for 6 of us to enjoy. Also, Saja, the host, helped to resolve some issues we had to make our stay be a great experience!

there's no washing machine here, and despite it being listed, there was no toaster

Overall, the scenery is very beautiful, but of course, having two construction sites right in front somewhat spoils the enjoyment of the view. Also, despite the location being quite nice, there's no washing machine here, and despite it being listed, there was no toaster; not vital necessities but we would have been happier if they were available.

Key reason for choosing the apartment was the "This apartment's special feature is the pool with a view." Disappointed as unfortunately it seems the pool is seasonal and was closed when we visited in September (!). Roof top was closed completely, so no access for sunbathing either. There is access to the spa pool in the next building - at a reduced price of €20 euros each. We felt this was an expensive option over a few days.

Apartment was modern, well located, clean and well equipped. Easy to book, communication great and easy to check in.

Great hosts that are super friendly and ready to help with all problems. Hotel has underground garage which you pay separatey. It's really close to City center as well as beaches.

The place booked through Booking.com is located just a few meters from the beach and is a convenient 15-minute walk from Budva's old town. It's notable for its cleanliness, and the staff is known for their friendly and welcoming demeanor. Parking options include on-street parking as well as payable parking nearby, providing flexibility for guests. Overall, it offers a great experience and comes highly recommended.

I didn't realise that the apartment was within a hotel complex when I booked. The entrance is beautiful but the rest of the building is poorly maintained. There is no communal AC anywhere other than the entrance hall. One of the reasons I booked was for the use of the pool, this is charged additionally but they will reimburse you. I found this strange but we decided to make use of it one day. The pool looks great from afar but is poorly maintained. There were plasters and grit at the bottom of the pool. The area looked dirty and lights were damaged. The changing room was acting as a cleaning cupboard and there were cleaning tools sporadically placed in the spa area. The terrace of the spa was also poorly maintained and dirty. My husband used the sauna and he said it was in bad shape. We weren't offered towels and the spa lady was either smoking or looking after someone's children. She also couldn't communicate effectively and made us feel unwelcome because we were not hotel guests. The hotel itself advertises as five Star but it's definitely not. I would be very disappointed if I was a hotel guest. The poorly maintained communal areas and spa also impact the experience of the apartments which is a shame because as far as I can tell they are well managed. The apartment was beautiful and we were very happy with that! The cleaning team were lovely and did a great job cleaning and providing us with fresh towels. Going forward I think the apartments should not advertise the use of the pool unless it clearly explains the system and in any case the spa area needs significant attention and the staff need a lot of training. It is the worst spa I have visited despite the great looking pool and view (from a distance). I likely would have booked treatments but the service was poor, no one engaged with us or asked if we were interested in anything.

The apartment is brilliant. It's spacious, clean and has everything you need. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the apartment. We loved the apartment and enjoyed staying in the apartment . The staff from Menuet were helpful too! We had absolutely no issues with our apartment.
